Went to the store waited 10 minutes. Nobody offered to help or get us anything.. drove 20 minutes to get here left with nothing. As we’re leaving, we noticed the employee is still smoking.

Flying J is located right at the WV/VA line. Easy access right off I-81. Plenty of parking and room to get around the pumps. Plenty of store front parking also. They usually have great gas prices. If you are traveling North on 81, stop here and get gas for the best price. The store is clean and well spaced. It's normally well stocked and well lit inside and out.

A little odd right in the middle of a Flying J

Went to this truck stop after a long 14 hr day. Went to the Denny's located inside the truck stop and order chicken tenders and fries to go. Starting eating my food in my truck and noticed my chicken was raw on the inside. I immediately called to complain. I was offered a new meal. Next day i woke up out of my sleep vomiting for an hour! NEVER AGAIN! CHECK YOUR MEALS FROM THIS PLACE. SERIOUSLY
This is a place I stop whenever I'm in the road between Boston and south side VA. See Jackie, she's great. Best customer service, which is rare these days and we all know it. Frankly, her and the fact there's a CINNABON inside are the main reasons I stop. Listen up the rest of you Flying J Travel Centers, Cinnabons needed in all locales!!

Flying Js has extremely nice employees and is always very clean however this bad review is for the Dennys inside if it. This is the 2nd time weve been there and had the worst service from tweaked out servers. Will not recommend to anyone.

This is the filthy truck stop I've seen outside. I used to work at Flying J in Walton Ky and our manager made sure our parking lot was cleaned each shift and the sidewalks around the C Store was pressure washed on a regular basis! The people working there took pride in their job ! Now I know a lot of patrons are pigs I've seen it first hand clean your truck out just throw the garbage out the window even if there is a garbage can right outside their door. But at least send your employees out in the morning to clean it up. And let's not forget the parking nightmare ! We had a hell of a time just trying to get out after our dinner. Trucks parked everywhere and not in parking spots ! I'm done the more I write the madder I get ! COME ON FLYING J UP YOUR STANDARDS TAKE PRIDE IN YOU ESTABLISHMENT ! I only gave 1 star because my breakfast was good
