Plotted to stop at this Dunkin'- needed a quiet time and it has a nice eating area. NO! Walked in and the shelf blocked the counter, kiosks were unplugged. Mike (manager?) saw my dismay and in spite of their techical troubles, he got my stuff and I barely missed a beat; sat in the dining area anyway! So kind, good coffee and gives me joy in humanity. Thanks, Dunkin'. . I'm a bit humbled by your kindness.

Flies in my cup of tea from today, I never took the lid off the cup and there were 2 flies at the bottom of the cup. No answer wen I called....... I want my money back to say the least.

Stopped in while traveling. Bought 6 donuts. Service was fast and friendly. The doughnuts were very good. Tried the maple frosted, blueberry, double chocolate and chocolate glazed.

It is a chain doughnut shop. Their own brand of coffee. Plain doughnuts are just as good as fancy ones.

Dunkin Donuts in 1571 Martinsburg Pike Winchester VA , is the worst , i just had the worst donuts in my life .... this branch is an insult to the American business.
