My husband and I stopped for lunch on our snow bird ride north. We ordered the Brunswick stew which was the best we’ve ever had. The sauce was incredible. The service was friendly and efficient. This was enough to ensure a stop on our trip north or south… but wait, there’s more! I somehow left my credit card there but didn’t notice until we were 2 states beyond. Ordinarily I would have cancelled the card and requested a new one, but I ha a good feeling about the people here so I asked if they would charge $10 as a token of my appreciation mail it back. They said it was a small thing to do and they would not charge the account. When I got home, there was the card, already in my mailbox. I am grateful and want you to know that the food, service, and honesty of the staff all rate a 5 +

10 outta 10 recommend. We took a family party of 12 here 2 weeks ago, and I'm still thinking about how great an experience we had. They got us into a table fast even though they were packed. The food and drinks came out quickly, and the quality was excellent even for serving a large party in a full house. I am thoroughly pleased with our visit, and it's a must revisit whether the whole crew is in tow or not.

My favorite bar tender is here! Service is always spot on and bar chairs are actually super comfortable complete with purse hooks! I really appreciate that they change their menu for the seasons, Winter/Spring menu items are great and not always the same plates. We've never had a bad steak there and it's perfect on their spinach salad with a nice glass of their house red wine. Their southwest egg-rolls are fantastic and the kids love the big pretzel. There are not many great restaurants this far north in Winchester but this is one of them! #ClubClearbrook
