The food was delicious, however the service left much to be desired. My party was sat and the hostess got us water, and then we had to wait 20 minutes until the server came, after he was reminded by the hostess. We asked for adjustments in some of the meals and the server either forgot or wrote down the wrong thing, which prompted someone else to come confirm. We got our food before the coffees and one latte was cold, as if left sitting for a few minutes. At least two parties were sat at the bar after us and got their food first. We asked our waiter for water towards the end, and someone in our party had to get up and go remind him we had asked for more water. I understand being slammed during brunch on a Sunday, but had we been notified of that when we got there, we would have likely been more understanding. However we saw people who came after getting their food first so that just made the experience more annoying.

100% recommend this little gem in the Clifton historic district. The salmon crepes and cinnamon rolls may be the best I've ever had! The ambiance is charming and quaint, complete with pets allowed on the patio.

Unacceptable, Discriminatory Service and Poor Execution
My girlfriend and I visited last Sunday While we were looking forward to our meal, the entire experience was ruined by the unprofessionalism and apparent bias of our server. She wanted to take the first order of customers who arrived 10 minutes after us. Fortunately, the customers told her that we were the first to arrive and warned the waiter to take our order first.
The discomfort began the moment we entered. The server on duty looked at us in a way that felt highly unwelcoming, instantly setting a negative tone. This poor demeanor was compounded by incredibly slow service: we waited a full 20 minutes at our table just to have our order taken.
When we finally placed our order for two sandwiches and a Sprite, the service remained dismissive. Shockingly, the Sprite never arrived at our table, yet it was still included and charged on our check. How difficult can it be to handle an order consisting of 3 pieces??? This combination of an overtly hostile attitude, an unacceptable wait time, and basic execution errors shows a complete lack of regard for customers.
The blatant difference in the server's warmth and attention when interacting with other patrons compared to our table was stark and discriminatory. No customer should ever feel targeted or marginalized while dining. Management must immediately address this employee's conduct. We left feeling upset and disrespected, and we will not be returning.

Stopped in at Clifton Café on my way through town for a quick coffee and loved it. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I tried the Almond Joyous latte and it was delicious. The café has a really quaint, cozy vibe inside. I’m already planning to come back for brunch.

Can’t speak highly enough. We were greeted by a friendly hostess with the most beautiful smile (was her first day) and Billy our server was awesome. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and accommodating-and so kind to our feral children making bracelets. The food and atmosphere was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Hidden gem with excellent crepes, lattes, ambiance, and friendly staff!! We got their special latte of the month which was an Apple fritter with Apple, caramel, cinnamon, and oat milk. It was DELICIOUS—so much so that after we went for a walk in the quaint historic town, we came back to order more coffee to go for the drive home! We also got a yummy strawberry crepe with maple syrup, cinnamon, and whipped cream, and avocado toast with bacon and tomatoes. Wish we lived closer—we’ll definitely be returning if we’re in this area again. And our dog Zulu LOVED the pup cup the awesome staff gave us!! 10/10 worth the stop

Came here today for brunch on the patio and loved my experience! The service was incredible, our server was attentive and so sweet. The entire menu looked delicious and I ended up getting an iced latte with lavender added to it and the Alli’s Berries and Blitz Crepe. Both were phenomenal. I loved the little details to the restaurant like the plants and flowers decorating the patio and the front of the cafe. In addition to the great service, delicious food, and cute aesthetics, they are dog friendly! Can’t wait to come back and try more menu items

The food was good, I honestly expected a little more for $50 breakfast for 2 people. Waitress was very nice, but a lot of waiting for how empty the place was. Chicken and waffles was underwhelming due to the chicken just being small overcooked strips. Avacado toast was also mediocre. I give the place a 5/10 food wise, but the area/vibe and the 2 lattes we ordered made up for it.
A cafe that still serves hot drinks in a ceramic mug. Excellent place for breakfast. Sam at the bar is a rockstar! I'm becoming a regular.

breakfast looked really nice if you're not in a rush, but this is definitely not The place to grab a quick coffee on a Saturday morning.
Really cute place and really nice service but the food was terrible. I ordered the avocado toast but I got avocado bread 🥀 not sure why everything on the avocado bread was finely diced but it would be dramatically better if it was a slice of bacon and a slice of tomato. Super finely diced really did not play well with the mushyass bread.
Took the kitchen like half an hr to bring us a salad and a uncooked toast.
Also my wine was served hot so that was fun

Absolutely dismal. Drove a long way and when approaching the hostess, they just kept staring at us and not communicating. They were whispering to one another and giving looks. After 20 minutes we asked what is going on and they said we are sorry. The worst.
