We decided to try a new acai bowl place despite this being a little out of our way. We are big fans of Southblock and Senberry but this place I would have to say wins. Fresh fruit and GENEROUS portions. They will also let you have a variety of different bases and mix as many as you want.

Having one person prep the food and be a cashier is a bad business model.
This place has 11 different kinds of Empanadas on the online menu. When we got there the lady at the counter said they don’t have empanadas. I told her It was on the menu and she said again, we don’t have empanadas here.
The mac and cheese okay i guess

My daughter and I have loved the Nutella acai bowls and smoothies and my son loves the cookies and cream milkshake at District Eatz. However, I ordered a milkshake for my son yesterday and he complained that he could not finish it. He said it was gross and he kept finding wrapper pieces in it. I didn't believe him. I offered the shake to my daughter who wanted it and she sipped up a wrapper, too. I immediately poured the shake through a strainer and found large bits of blue wrapper all from the shake. It's like an Oreo cookie wrapper got blended up in the shake. This is highly disturbing and wondering if this was of malicious intent by the server/preparer. How does one not see that a wrapper fall in the blender? I sent an email to District Eatz to address this and received no response. Maybe no one checks their messages, but I can't imagine what to think if a little kid sucked up the wrapper pieces in the straw. District Eatz is losing my business. Their shakes are expensive and a nice treat, but not when servers are carelessly preparing them and management doesn't care to address the issue. I'm debating taking this to a higher level.

Another business that has an “open for business” sign and when you try order food 15 minutes before closing, they can’t deliver. I predict they will be out of business in 2 years.

It used to be so good but every visit recently the food is mediocre/ avocado toasts have been borderline rotten and sloppy. Not worth the money or hype anymore

This place shows promise but always lets me down. Seems like it's run by high school kids. Here's a caprese sandwich with one measly slice tomato with part of the stem.
