I've enjoyed ordering steaks from Outback for over 30 years, and for the first time, my steak was overcooked – I ordered medium, but it came out well done. I reached out to the restaurant to share my experience, and the manager was incredibly responsive. Without hesitation, he assured me they would correct the order, treating me like a VIP throughout the process. I was truly impressed by the outstanding dedication and service of the Outback team at Union Mill. Mistakes happen, but this amazing response reaffirmed why I’ve been a loyal customer for so long. Bravo!
