BEST CAFE, I had an issue and the manager on staff or the shift leader was so polite and attentive. He got to my needs without an issue. I have never had an issue at this location and I can proudly say I still do not.

I know we could have bad days, but today, the manager was VERY rude and non friendly. I asked for a cobb salad, and he gave me a chicken sandwich. When I told him it was not what I wanted, he showed me the receipt and insisted I asked for it. I didn't check the receipt before, and I didn't realize his mistake. When I insisted it wasn't what I told him, he was very rude and disrespectful, putting his finger on the plate and remark "you asked for it!" Finally, I told the girl who was there, "I don't eat meat or chicken," and she told me, "Don't worry, we will change it" he repeated it and a minute after, I received the salad. One of the bathrooms was so dirty, and I didn't see anybody cleaning it since 1pm to 4pm. I went outside to relax and the tables and chairs were dirty, the trash can was full and it smelled like cat pee.

Panera use to be half decent. Now they are not even decent. This is the avacado chicken panini with very little avacado or chicken. This has unfortunately been the same for the last few times so im not coming here anymore.

Terrible customer service and racist staff. I was there to pick up my online order. Despite showing them the confirmation number from Panera app, they told me they don’t know anything about the order and simply walked away ignoring me at the counter. Apparently the app only used the first letter of my name on the print slip. I repeatedly asked them to verify it with the order number but they did not bother to even talk. Eventually someone else cane by and checked and the order was sitting there for the last 10 minutes. No manager, no one seems to bother about any decent level of customer service. Nothing against the kitchen staff though as the food was good. Felt like bait and ignore since i had already paid online and couldn’t walk away but they could afford to ignore me.

This particular Panera in Clifton (Centreville) is always very dirty. I’m not sure who runs it but it’s been this way for years. It’s a shame. The food is usually sub par compared to other locations but it’s the lack of cleanliness that is always an issue. Get your food to-go only from this location. Also the AC is always broken and they have portable units going. Step it up Centreville Panera!

My Mediterranean sandwich that I love was not made well the last time I was there. Very disappointed but it ok things happen
This place sells sandwiches, soups, and drinks. The broccoli soup was delicious and the sandwich was Thick bread was used, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, so it had a good texture, and the filling was savory and sweet because it contained chicken breast. I chose the 2-pickup menu and was able to eat a 1/2 sandwich and broccoli soup as a set. I was able to choose between a baguette or potato chips. The chips were very crispy and tasty compared to the baguette.
Parking: There is very ample parking.

We love this place and order takeout a few times a month, occasionally dine in. There are so many options (including for vegetarians) and the food is fresh and nutritious. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. Staff is always friendly. I also find atmosphere in the restaurant to be very cozy. We ate inside by the fireplace during a snowstorm this past winter and I have fond memories of that yet. Grateful to have this place nearby. We’ll continue to go here when we want a quick but nutritious meal and don’t feel like cooking or just a low key night eating out.
Vegetarian options: Appreciate they make many of the soups vegetarian (ie without chicken stock). Mexican street corn chowder is a personal fav. Appreciate they have a whole separate tab of their menu for vegetarians. Makes it very easy when ordering.

I went to the mountains every Sunday and ordered the same bread every day for 8 people around 8:30. Lately, the amount of avocado in the bread has been reduced, the amount of tomatoes has been reduced, and the contents have become too small. Also, I ordered today. And about 20 minutes later, the bread comes out. I don't know what's going on.
