Hi everyone, this comment goes to say for manager Roy and others that works in the mornings/afternoons. They have the habit of being at the register and when I place my order for my breakfast, they do not change their gloves and touch my food with their hands. The money/cards being touched at the register are to be taken cautiously. They should not touch the food in the kitchen, it is not safe with germs and viruses going around. I would like them to take my comment very seriously. The sanitary rules are not being applied correctly

I ordered a dozen bagels online. I was supposed to get 13 bagels but I found only 11 bagels when I picked up bagels and came back home.

I start my day with Panera in Centerville and that positive attitude sets the tone for everything else.
They always greet me with a smile, ask if I need anything, and send me off with a real have a nice day—not the fake kind.
I went to another Panera today and the difference was clear. No energy. No care. Just going through the motions. Centerville feels different. You all are doing it right. Keep going.

I have nothing against the food it’s always been good but I do have a problem with what I saw when I went in for a pick up . There was an incident where I saw the man with the lazy eye that does the trash and clean up , while holding a trash bag he was was grabbing people’s plates filled with food and passing them to customers. Why not a single person said something is beyond me, I’m sorry but I found that absolutely disgusting. Not at all healthy for other people . I was just glad my food was to go so it was in a bag . That should be something that shouldn’t be allowed , that man either needs retraining or a class on hygiene.
