I ordered some bagels for my coworkers today, but I was so disappointed, the bagels were not fresh, when I received the order they were very cold, I didn't believe they tossed all the bagels in one bag in a very messy way. It was my first time trying Panera, and it will be the last one for sure.

Horrible Mexican Corn Chowder soup! The texture is not smooth and it’s way too thick! As if it was frozen and thawed in a hurry and not being stirred properly.

Hi everyone, this comment goes to say for manager Roy and others that works in the mornings/afternoons. They have the habit of being at the register and when I place my order for my breakfast, they do not change their gloves and touch my food with their hands. The money/cards being touched at the register are to be taken cautiously. They should not touch the food in the kitchen, it is not safe with germs and viruses going around. I would like them to take my comment very seriously. The sanitary rules are not being applied correctly
