Used my $25 gift card for the $27.40 purchase, they scratched the PIN and used it all the money in side then asked me to use my other credit card for the left balance $23, I thought I paid the rest $2.40 but the manager A….. was not honest and almost double charged me.Noticed that after I left. What a disappointment

Ordered a loaf of bread to go with our soup. Got our order home, opened the sealed bag, and found our "sourdough loaf" to be two sliced sandwich buns. Picked the order up myself, nobody said a darn thing. To heck with this garbage store.

I have not been to a Panera Bread in awhile, but I had a gift card so I took advantage of that when I saw this location while I was running errands. It was around 11:30 am, and it would've been hard to get a table; however I was ordering takeout. While Panera has self-ordering kiosks, my gift card needed a human because it was digital, so I stepped up to the counter to order. The guy who took my order was kind and patient. I got my soda and waited about 5 minutes for my order-Turkey chili with the Fuji apple chicken salad. It was packaged nicely and stayed warm. I didn't pay much attention to the coat but I remember it was $16+, which is a lot for what panera offers. The Turkey chili really was good though with sweet notes throughout. I'd love it again on a cold winters day.
Big shout out to Rod! I had a large pick up order where he stopped to ask me if i’ve double checked my order (I did not). Everything was correct but I really appreciate Rod stopping me to double check my order. Thank you!

Terrible service I received in here especially from the manager who told me I had to wait for my order after 20 min and all people who came after me got their order first. He didn’t even apologize for taking that long just for 2 coffees. That’s not professional at all.
