Worst popeyes ever. Who forgets to give someone their chicken sandwhich when it's the only other thing besides the fries that you order. Then they don't answer the phone so you can't contact them to fix it!! And they don't give you your receipt so customer service won't fix it either. Will not be coming back to this location.

Went through drive thru. Employee had a hard time hearing my order. At the window, multiple staff members were handling my order. You can tell a lot of the staff were young and inexperienced. I did not receive the extra biscuit I paid for. Was surprised that Popeyes discontinued the nuggets. I had to order something different due to this.

I eat here wayyy to often. Ali the manager, awesome guy. They do a great job keeping the place clean and the chicken delicious. The staff are sometimes young and that's fine bc it's fast food... but I've never had my order messed up here. They even hook me up sometimes!!

I have hired an attorney to sue this Popeyes. I went to order via the drive thru and when I ordered, a female laughed and mocked me while taking my order. As I pulled up to pay for my order, a man named Ahmad called my church member a racial slur. I asked why he called me the racial slur and he said he called it as he saw it. He is an immigrant working at Popeyes and who knows what they do to the food. I can assume they spit in the food or worse if you are latin, white or African American.

I constantly think about this experience below, thus haven’t been back: Please do NOT cook too many tenders so that when I pick up dinner at 5pm, tenders are dried out and COLD! Your warmers are not the same as those newly cooked in the last 15 or less minutes.

Make them in small batches so they’re actually YUMMY vs. dried out, cold tenders.

Thankfully when I brought them back with complaint the assistant manager changed them out for new batch, thus 2 stars vs. 1 or less star.

This Popeyes is disgusting. Overcooked chicken with so much breading that it’s separating from the meat. Flattened stale bread that looks and tastes like someone sat on it. How can you serve that to someone? NEVER had this issue at any other Popeyes I’ve been a patron of (and that’s many). Don’t do it.

EXTREMELY expensive if you do not have a coupon. Like price gouging expensive. 8 piece tender with 1 large side is $34.00!!!!
