Horrible!!! I ordered 5pc signature chickens and sides. Why they always gave me 3 pc legs and others!! I didn’t asked to give me legs only!! The biggest problem is this is not the first time!! I don’t like the leg!!

This location is looking to start killing folks, as you see my comment is quite reoccurring, they aren’t changing the oil and it’s not cooking the chicken thoroughly enough. Worst part is there are cancer pockets all over the chicken, it’s black and very mushy and won’t crisp idk how this location is still open the new owners are down right dangerous, this chicken is entirely too expensive for this type of product it even gave my family the squirts. oh and don’t even think of talking to the manager here he’s a Indian man with glasses and he doesn’t think it’s even possible for him to have error or make a mistake it’s remarkable.

I placed an order online and walked in 10 minutes later. The guy wearing glasses who seem to be the manager tells me my order was already picked up. He claims the person who picked up my order showed his phone to confirm it was in fact his order. He said there was nothing he can do. I was like, are you serious? And he said yes, sorry. When I was about to walk out looking through my phone to call support, another employee walks up saying oh no his order is right there. The whole order was stacked on one side with the receipt hanging right next to it. All of a sudden this manager turns around and tells me ok sir I just printed out a duplicate receipt and will give you your order now. He never printed anything. I was standing right there. I asked him multiple times to just admit his mistake and apologize, but he kept saying you got your order and I want you to leave.I've been a loyal customer to this location for years. I can't believe how this manager treats the customers. I will not be coming back here.

It's a typical Popeyes. Which means some very tasty chicken. The sides could be improved, but that's meant for Popeyes as a chain, not this location in particular. There's plenty of parking, but around the store itself and across a small access road where the larger shopping center is.**EDIT March 2024**The food is still pretty good, but service is terrible. Long story, but I'd wanted to order 12 wings for about $12. Someone (manager?) informed me that I could have them as ghost pepper wings but otherwise I'd have to wait 30 minutes for other toppings. I said no, and she said they could put together another order with some (unspecified) number and add a chicken breast or two instead. I said fine.So the counter person rings up my order...for $36!?! What? He insisted that was the order. Took 10 minutes and some yelling on my part to straighten it out. They insisted that's what I'd ordered. I eventually DEMANDED they call the police because I wasn't buying, hadn't ordered, $36 worth of chicken. They refused to call the police, but were very reluctant to fill my request for about $12 worth of chicken, with them choosing the substitute chicken. . I finally ended up with a box of chicken that probably should have cost $6 or $7--a breast, couple of wings, and fries.A really bad experience.

The quality of the management at this store is some of the worst I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. They are rude, incompetent, disorganized, and lazy.I feel bad for any employees working there. If managers there are this bad with customers I can't imagine what the people working there have to deal with.I won't be stepping foot inside there again.

I just left here and there are teens working on this snowy evening. I get home and my chicken has a weird taste which made me realize that it’s not completely cooked and is pinkish and slimy in the middle. The macaroni and cheese seems to be from earlier in the day and the biscuits are as hard as a rock. I a tried calling several times only to keep getting a voicemail saying the party is not available. I do not recommend this store and I will not be returning.

I felt completely discriminated and insulted by the fact that the total size of my 3 piece meal does not even amount to the size of a single piece chicken. The restaurant clerk blatantly picked out the most minuscule portion for my meal. I ordered the 3 piece meal along with 6 wings for around $18 which should reasonably support enough food for 2 ppl... after seeing how ridiculous my meal size was,, my husband ended up having to purchase another combo. his meal was far more reasonably portioned than mine. (so was everyone else in the restaurant who ordered before me and after me) When i complained to the clerk, he said (the guy in glasses) he does not have a choice in how the chicken is selected .... umm...did you think i'm stupid???because either you or the guy in mask... was the one that selected the chicken for my meal... he told me to go speak to the manager who stood by the drive through window... and the store manager told him to tell me that they can only offer me one more piece and that is it ..... as if i'm begging for a favor. if you look at the size of piece of chicken i was offered,, it was the same if not bigger than 3 pieces combined. what a joke !!! i was the only person who was treated like this...although.... the clerk was not exactly friendly to the large group of asian that ordered before me either. so... maybe you just dont like asian ppl?!i understand squeeze in a small piece here and there and ive had that happen before... but to deliberately do that to my meal 3 piece meal is despicable. Please beware... and good luck to you if you end up going to this location.
