The seafood green curry is great, the best. The service is ok. One time, gave us tiny dishes on tiny table. Don't go there when crowded. The food is my reason to go there.
I've gone here for years. Excellent every time. Tonight the Parang was way too watery and spicy. It would make a great soup. Very disappointed.

My friend and I had a wonderful birthday lunch at Sakoonthai. Their food is so delicious, authentic and the place is very clean. I should say their service is amazing. The food prices are very reasonable. If you’d like Thai food, which I do, try Sakoonthai. You won’t regret taking your friend there.

This was our second time dining at SakoonThai, and they absolutely got it right both times. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was very chill and cozy, perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The servers were friendly, attentive, and genuinely nice, which made the experience even better. We ordered several dishes, including the red curry with chicken, papaya salad, drunken noodles with chicken, crispy duck, and yum woo sen, and everything was delicious. Each dish was flavorful, well-balanced. You can really tell they’re consistent with their food quality. Overall, we had a great dining experience and left very satisfied. SakoonThai has definitely become one of our go-to spots, and we’ll for sure keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Smaller place in a strip mall. We were expecting decent food but ended up getting really tasty dishes. Two of us went for lunch and we're quite taken at the quality of the dishes. I'm from Oregon and fly into Fairfax for work quite often and finding good places to eat had been spotty at best. Sakoonthai has been saved as a permanent destination for future trips.

I had heard great things about this place and finally got the chance to try it out. Visited during lunch hour and had their lunch special — it came with two sides (I chose the Tom Yum soup and a spring roll), plus seafood fried rice and Thai iced tea — all for just $20. What a deal!
The space is cozy, service was friendly, and the value is unbeatable. I think I just found my new go-to spot for Thai food.
