I don't know how they managed to mess up subway. This is not representative of the typical subway experience. Slow, not very fresh, and skimping on ingredients

There was a $6.99 deal for a 6 inch sub with a small drink and two cookies. I ordered it and checked the receipt, and I realized that they over charged me. The woman who was at the counter was very rude and had a very bad attitude towards me giving me an impression that I was wrong. I explained exerything again but the woman kept saying it was due to taxes while I was sying that the before tax price was wrong. I ended up walking away overcharged. The woman's attitude was really bad. The worst Subway ever.

I ordered 6” sub they make it 12”
I have coupon for sub they said expired but expired date is 4/5/2025 I am very upset.

Uneducated and rude. The worker yelled at us while we ordering food. 3rd time. Worst of the worst. Manager seems not care about these complains. Not going back again and will call Subway Corporate to let someone know. And will contact local authority also. so bad, we are not living in 3rd world county!!

Staff didn't know ingredients for requested sandwich. I tried to use a brand new coupon I received in the mail and they said it had already been used (presumably all mailer recipients have to race to use the coupon first?).... they offered no work around or assistance. Must be a trick to get you to order and pay full price...

Great, inexpensive food. However; the staff closed 15 minutes early on 6/4/2024 and I was unable to get my food. They locked the door and wouldn't let me in. The night staff 6/4/24 was very unprofessional.

Food was good except I'm missing bacon on my footlong pickleball sub. other than that I waited 12 min without a hello because they are doing online orders. when they get done they ask the lady behind me what she wanted and dident even offer a apology as to why they did not acknowledge my presence. only 2 people inside mind you. when I got my change he was 5 cent off but I dont wanna argue with him because his and the Co worker English so bad they might think I'm racist which I am not. Hope service gets better I'll be back to update.

update owner lady is very nice it was a bad employee on a bad day please give them a chance

If I could give this place 0 stars i would. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, not a single person greets you or smile. They just look at you with a blank face expecting to read their mind. Worst part is it’s like this everyday with not an ounce of change .

I visited subway today and the customer service was horrible after I paid for my food delay, did not let me get the food and she asked me to call the manager and then I tried to call the manager and there was no response now I'm waiting for a response or manager to answer or for my food. I don't recommend this place at all.
