Waste of time and money. Bar messed up our drinks. Kitchen screwed up our order. Took an hour for appetizers. 20 min after I ordered my entree I was told they were out but they offered me a “left over tomahawk steak”. The server’s words not mine. Took 2 hours after we sat down to get entrees. After I complained to management they took zero accountability.
We were looking forward to a date night at Trummer’s — instead, we left frustrated, hungry, and $600 lighter. What unfolded was a complete breakdown of basic service standards from start to finish, with no accountability, no urgency, and certainly no hospitality.

Our first dining experience with Trummer’s was last night and it was 10 out of 10!! Everything from food, drinks, service, & atmosphere were all amazing. This one is staying on the list!
