After waiting 25 minutes minimum in the drive thru & arriving at the menu to order we were then asked to wait 5+ minutes. Then when attempting to order breakfast which we had now been waiting to do over 30 minutes we were told the breakfast menu was no longer available. Had we been given the opportunity I expect the order would have been incorrect & overcharged as it has the last two visits we attempted. NEVER AGAIN. Worst customer service in this community. Honestly McDonald's rarely misses. I'll encourage everyone I know in person & via social media to avoid the catastrophe that is Clintwood Hardees at all costs

Wonderful establishment, very great work from Michael Shately, noticed he's been pulling a bunch of shifts and Id say he's doing a great job and for his ages he's got a big determination for his job and I think he'd be great working with a higher up placement with his name. Even for his age, considering a few workers, older than him, primarily Larry, barely does his job or even right when he lifts a finger. But Michael on the other hand, fine employee ?

I must say •You go Hardee's• their under new management and doing great. It's definitely been an improvement by far! The drive•thru fellas are great and friendly. I believe I met the new manager and he was super friendly as well. Good job guys. Not perfect yet [tho who really is] but you can tell their working hard to get there!! Keep it up!! Thank you all for making my meal on occasion. When it's right, it's delicious! Must better guys/gals!!!
