I pulled in and ordered a number 1 combo, but could I get the burger plain, please? It rang up on the screen correctly, but then changed to say 2 burgers. I drove around to ask about it and was adamantly told that I ordered two burgers. I told her no, it was a number 1 combo with the burger plain. She called the manager over - very nice young man- to cancel the order and re ring it. As he was doing so she was back there going on about how I ordered two burgers. I told the manager to please refund my money (which he did) because I didnt appreciate the attitude. I know what I ordered, and apparently they did too because it rang up correctly before it got changed!!!

Worst food we have ever got at a Hardee’s. Cost us $20 to go in trash .Told the cashier how bad the food was did seem to matter. Only said I’ll tell the cook. Will never eat there again. This was the Clinchco Hardees. Plus had to wait about 15 minutes for cold food.

Ordered food, asked to pull forward, waited 45 min for food to recieve none and be late for work. When asked for my card to put the money back on, was charged again and now unsure if I am out an extra $25.01 or more. This is not the first time I have waited over an hour over food

The guy they have in the window is slow he doesn’t watch the screen I said no ice and he put ice and I said no pickles on my burger they got it right but where’s the onions, my fries was thrown everywhere in the bag. Not going back here again need better service.

We were the ONLY customers here at this time it was 2pm so our food came out pretty quick and for the first time ever, our fries were hot, the rest of our food sat and waited while the fries were cooking 🤨 we found the cleanest table and sat down, the dinning room needed cleaning very badly, it's a shame there were at least 6 to 7 people standing around not doing anything including the shift manager they could have been cleaning up the dinning area and it's this way everytime we visit this Hardee's.
After waiting 25 minutes minimum in the drive thru & arriving at the menu to order we were then asked to wait 5+ minutes. Then when attempting to order breakfast which we had now been waiting to do over 30 minutes we were told the breakfast menu was no longer available. Had we been given the opportunity I expect the order would have been incorrect & overcharged as it has the last two visits we attempted. NEVER AGAIN. Worst customer service in this community. Honestly McDonald's rarely misses. I'll encourage everyone I know in person & via social media to avoid the catastrophe that is Clintwood Hardees at all costs
