I had a meal there yesterday and got stomach cramps and had the runs to the bathroom.It was a clean place.The food is just to salty.

Most employees are rude, especially the manager Diane. Food is never fresh, employees including managers are always out front smoking by the front doors. Diane has no business working in customer service with her bad attitude.

The general manager Diane Smith, she is insanely rude and doesn’t know how to treat her customers. i came through the drive thru and had a code for a free ice coffee and went i came to the window she was there and she said it didn’t work but it had already took my points so therefore i paid for the coffee, then i went on the app and seen it took my points so i came back in and talk to her about it and was being respectful and she was being so rude and disrespectful for no reason. she said it wasn’t her problem but yet they want us to use the app? don’t make sense! do better

Came here to this location for the first time on a Monday @ 4:30PM.

WHOEVER MADE MY FRIES… GYAAAAT. These were the BEST fries I’ve had IN A WHILE. MWUAH. perfectly salted. Perfectly SIZZLING AND FLOPPY FRIES. MWUAH. KISSES. 💋
My caramel frappe? AAAAAA 🤍
And let’s not talk about THE SPEED. Even with a line, I didn’t even wait long.

PERFECT. 10/10.

I went through the drive thru on 12/16 around 5:15-5:20AM & couldn’t get any service. I went through twice, the first time 1 employee seen me come back around. When I finally left they were all out front smoking - manager included.

Came in at 10.30am fries are cold, workers in a bad mood so forget asking for fresh fries. Walked into to manager complaining when the phone rang. Saying out load I'm not accepting a call in from him, without the worker saying a word. They pull you forward and park you everything to control their drive thru timer and you cam wait for 10 min plus and food will be cold. Worker and manager heard us say fries are cold and neither offered to make fresh ones. My least fave location.

Ok I order the filet of fish nearly every time I visit and it is supposed to be made with a steamed bun nearly every time I have to take it back in and have them redo it bc the use a tosted bun which is wrong for the sandwich I've complained multiple times and it still keeps happening does anyone have the number for corprate?

No matter what time you go, breakfast or lunch, you will be asked to pull to the curb.. wait times have been insane over the past 3 months now. Not a single car in line and you'll be asked to pull up, having to wait 10 minutes for your food.

If you only order a burger, they ask you to pull up and you’re waiting 15 minutes. It’s to beat the timer and make it appear as if they have fast service like PALS when in reality it’s a disaster. They are having 6-7 vehicles waiting, asking them to pull up to the gas pumps because the online order spots AND the pull up spots are taken by others waiting. The worker comes out with 3 different orders going to each vehicle asking them what they ordered just to tell you we are still waiting on the one burger you ordered. They have workers there, it’s not due to lack of employees but they need to fix this problem
