The service here is always more miss than hit. But a few of the staff are great. However, if you are not from the town, eat elsewhere if you want McDonald's! The simplest orders of a sandwich and drink are messed up. Plus wait times can be horrendous even when there is no traffic.

It's McDonald's. Haven't really cared for it since I became an adult. I do however, enjoy a large caramel ice coffee with extra creamer, and extra syrup. Hardly ever do they look or taste like anything other than that mornings coffee! Not to mention how rude nearly every single employee is. Wise McDonald's is light years

As a former manager of clintwood McDonald's the last 4-5 times I have been there to get my son a basket of fries I've had to wait 10-15 minutes for them when it takes a little over 3 minutes for them to cook,, also the drive-thru workers either need more training or an attitude check because when a customer pulls up to either window the drive-thru workers dont even say thank you have a nice day or anything especially the second window workers they say there ya go...

Worst experience I ever had with McDonald's the service was like a kindergarten kid in the kitchen making breakfast for mom & dad of course most parents know just act like it's good & throw it in the trash ASAP.The food...The fries were burnt at the ends and freezer burnt.the strawberry milkshake was not even drinkable it tasted horrible.The big Mac was raw in the center.The Mc chicken was freezer burnt.My family will NEVER be going back to this HORRIBLE McDonald's.......
