Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, I am met with an exceptional team that really cares about me. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and they’ve really gotten to know me by name and I always appreciate that.

Ordered the $6 breakfast meal that comes with a sausage, egg and croissant, hash browns and a medium coffee. They didn't have any sausage so I got bacon. Wow. 2 half pieces of bacon. The hash browns had a good taste but were under cooked on the inside and overcooked on the outside. The coffee was good. All in all it was a good deal.

Review of Dunkin’ Donuts (Tournament Edition)

We rolled up to this Dunkin’ drive-through during a tournament, ready to refuel with some coffee and bagels. Apparently, though, the concept of bagels was way too ambitious. When we asked, the lady on the speaker hit us with a “Hold on!” and then proceeded to yell at us through the mic like we were in the finals of a shouting competition.

We waited…and waited…and waited. At one point, I think we aged a few years. Maybe we entered another dimension where time no longer mattered and bagels didn’t exist. Almost 10 minutes later, with no sign of movement or hope, we did the only logical thing: we peeled out of there, bagel-less and baffled.

I guess the real tournament challenge wasn’t on the field — it was trying to get a decent breakfast. Next time, we’ll bring our own bagels and maybe a referee to keep things in order.

Check your Sunday morning schedule! Whatever lady was working the drive through was awful and needs to be fired immediately. I asked kindly if I could order one $6 bundle meal and she laughed/snickered and didn’t respond. Awkward silence. Then says “We ain’t got no hashbrowns” rudely. I kindly said “Ok… can I just get two maple bacon sandwiches?” — she snaps back “pull up”. I said “uh.. sorry is there a total?” She says “Uh!! Yeah it’s coming!!”. Proceeded to give the total and I pulled up. Saw her looking through the drive through window shaking her head at the line waiting. We waited so long with one truck not moving in the line for over 10 minutes that we ended up just driving off. Horrible service. I get you’re a little busy and you clearly despise your job.. but don’t take it out on kind people who did nothing to you. Take a breath and do better. I work in a restaurant as a solo server and it’s much busier than this location ever gets but I handle it fine as well as the rest of my team. Check yourself. This lady sounded like she was a breath from popping off for nothing. So hostile. Me and my people are never coming back.

The only employees that seem to be concerned about customer service would be the males because the females can be rude. I sat down waiting for my order and saw an employee chatting while placing my empty cup (drinking end ) up to her shirt. This is the only way I can explain the grossness of what I was seeing but I have seen worse at fast food places but…yeah I’m making my coffee at home from now on.

This is got to be the absolute worst slow food place ever!!!!! Ordered on the app and it's been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for my food!!! Ridiculous!!! They should close this place down!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Mobile ordered but they didn't start making it until I got there. Got a latte with light ice and cold foam. Watched her pour oat milk to the top of a cup filled to the top with ice then they attempted to put foam and whipped cream on top the got the cup completely covered in foam. They had to get a 2nd cup because of how much of a mess it is. Didn't know what else I had ordered (2 donuts) and were running around to figure out which ones.

I went through the drive thru and got a lovely young man named Mike! He was well spoken, kind, and deserves a positive shout out!! I would absolutely go there again with service like that! Way to go Mike! May your kindness take you far!

This is not a racist review due to the fact I’m black…But every time I go inside this particular store I noticed only one person [young male white] while the other [black male & female sit in front of the store lost in their cellphones, avoiding customers. Bad atmosphere bad service

Wish I could give 0 stars. By far the worst Dunkin around. Don’t bother mobile ordering, it won’t be ready and you’ll end up waiting twice as long. There is only one competent employee there, the rest are lazy and rude. Behind the counter is an absolute disaster - employees personal items all over the prep counters. Picture of one of two burnt bagel sandwiches from today. Will not be going back.
