Had a great experience at this Biscuitville! All of the employees were very nice, but special shoutout to Anasia — she was incredibly friendly and caring. She knew the regulars by name and regularly checked on customers to make sure everyone had what they needed. You can really tell this location takes pride in their service. We’ll definitely be back!

Went in and placed my order with my son. We ordered different biscuit combos. We stood there talking to another customer for about 10 minutes. We noticed a young lady come in and started to make biscuits. I asked the young lady near the food if my food was about done because I was going to be late for work. She said we had to wait for bread. When I asked about how much longer she told me about 10 minutes. I was offered my money back but didn't have time to go anywhere else. I couldn't wait and had to get an English muffin instead. It was really tough. We should have been told when we made the order that there weren't any biscuits so that we could have ordered something else or went somewhere else.
