Went to store Saturday at 1131 ordered Steve club after a horrible wait and waiting in drive thru for 18 minutes from start of order til received biscuit. It was ok bottom of biscuit soggy . No extra fries or anything. Originally posted on wrong location by mistake. I looked and corrected. Very dissatisfied with my last visit not sure if IL ever eat there again

I get it, inflation has hit us all but cheating your customer is not the way to do it. You move into a new building and immediately raise your prices and so now I expect more from you and you deliver less? I stop today and get food and drink from the drive thru. I go home and my large drink is full to the rim with ice, so what I assume is a 32oz cup had only 8oz of drink. I know this because I filled it back with water and it only held 8oz of water. Multiply that times several customers and you have a huge profit margin. The photo is 30 minutes later so the ice has melted some. Very disappointing!

They make excellent biscuits with courteous service. This location is brand new, my only complaint is the prices tend to reflect it! Pretty much worth it though.
