REVOLTING experience today.
This has always been a ragingly average experience for me. Some times, it is extremely good, while other times, it is disgusting, dingy and the service sucks. Today, the service was not good, but the place is squeaky clean and the food...until I saw this.
I saw staff scraping grime off of something with the same utensil used for gathering the fries. Absolutely revolting.

I ordered a original chicken sandwich with cheese and mayonnaise only,onion rings,bottles water! Onion rings cold and sandwich barely warm and I went at 10:35am! Everything should have been hot!

Stopped in on a sunday morning to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches. It wasn't busy so there was no wait. The store looked clean and the employees were friendly. The sandwich was good. Not a bad visit.

I would give it a zero if possible! This is one of the worst burger kings I have ever had the misfortune to go to in my life ! Employees are rude and breaking at least 4 health code violations (and yes I have worked in the food industry) bathrooms are filthy, I have seen Port-o- Patty's with better cleanliness. And not to mention the food is trash! Don't bother going here unless you want to be sadly disappointed
Waited along time for my food, and placed it ahead of time, mobile ordered. The food was fresh and hot. So really can't complain to much.

I visited Burger King in Collinsville, Va on today (6/18/24) and ordered through the drive thru. The young lady by the name of Onaisha was very sweet and professional. My food was fresh and hot. My order was complete just how I requested. Keep up the great work! I was very satisfied!!!!
