I love being able to build my own pizza on their website! And it was ready in less than 15 minutes. I have to say,it was better than I expected. I think Domino's is top pizza in Martinsville. It's not a dine in place,though.

The selection and pizza were good. Dine in options are small but Domino's seem to want a carry out or delivery business. They qlso want their customers to order thru the app. Even offering a half off your total bill for using the app. They had a large staff and everyone seemed busy and friendly. I would order from Domino's again.

Have been here a couple times. The food here has always been great in my experience, while the service is fairly lacklust. Today's visit was the same. The place is clean and pretty spacious.

Everytime we try to order a delivery we always get told that they do not deliver at my address, which is wrong cause I order several times and our neighbor gets delivery also!

Certainly have changed we actually love their pizza.
Parking: It's where is located actually it leaves them a small lot for parking even though it sits in a small mall like area.
Inaccurate and misleading delivery times and advertisement. The GM provided extremely poor service. The GM was argumentative about my refund when I never received the order. Also called me multiple times to harass me about the order, after the fact. Will not order again!
Does anybody get their pizza on time if the delivery driver is driving 20 miles under the speed limit tell your drivers to get the hell up the road out of other peoples way

Slow service. Had ordered 20 mins before got there. They put my 2 pizzas in over I got there. Then burnt it. And had wait another 15 mins cook it.

As I was ordering my food, I kindly asked the cashier if they could change gloves or wash their hands to prevent cross contamination of my son’s food since he is allergic to beef and pork. The cashier never looked up at me and rudely said, they wash their hands all the time! I explained that I’m not asking for the cleanliness, it was only for the cross contamination as this allergy could be life threatening for my child. He didn’t seem to care. He rang me up and never said a thing. I then asked again for him to please remind them and he actually huffed and said, y’all this is an allergy and yall need to wash your hands or put some gloves on or somethingI expected at least one person to be understanding, instead a lady making pizzas said, you do understand that this is all cross contaminated and there aint no way to not be. At this point I had already decided anyway that my son was not going to eat this pizza, I kindly said, ok that is fineI have been to many pizza places and different restaurants and I have never been told anything of this sort, I have had staff even open up fresh cheese for a pizza as this is all he can eat anyway . I am highly disappointed and disgusted at this location and will never spend any of my money at a dominoes pizza ever again.I am kind to everyone and only want to protect my son, I should have never been treated in this way! I hope they never have to experience a allergy or have to deal with one!

?do i need to say anymore??? And that was the 2nd pizza , the 1st one was wrong and he remade it and this is what i got .. I will spend my MONEY elsewhere... looks like he dropped it on the floor and through it together i would nt doubt probably SPIT ON IT AND ALL!!! I blame the manager becuz he should've NEVER let that leave his store....Disgusted in Bassett..Oh and Nah i didnt eat that 1 either after i saw that mess should be ashamed of that store..
