Another fine mexican restaraunt in the area. They were busy, but service was fast and friendly. The menu was what you'd expect and food was good. Standard decor and the place was clean. The waiter did a good job with us. The prices were reasonable for what we got. Enjoyed my visit.

We sat down and ordered food without issue, everyone seemed friendly. Then the server just never came back. We stayed for about an hour after having ordered with no food and no one came by our table. The restaurant was not busy. Had to just leave.

I’ve been here a few times and the food and margaritas have always been delicious. I couldn’t complain about the staff. My last visit w/my spouse wasn’t up to par. It’ll be our last, granted they were busy but we were ignored when large groups of people started in. We Asked to order another jumbo and a fried ice cream. Multiple times. The lack of response was embarrassing. Including the manager who basically did a stroll by when I asked for our ticket and also strolled by when taking payment. He had been made aware of our request. Quite rude, no apology. They don’t think clearly business wise, they could have added another $20 to our already $50 tab. because they couldn’t pull it together or just didn’t care, and finish with this table for two - 3 stars and those are because the food is good.

Service was not the best, but they were busy. Great margaritas. Food was good but a little bit bland for Mexican food. Overall, a good experience.
El Ranchito is the best family place to go in collinsville great food and good staff.
