Exceptional food! Throughout Covid I had gotten tired of my own cooking. I am so happy to find someone who is knowledgeable about keto and provides a wide variety of wonderful meals and desserts. His rolls are melt in your mouth delicious, the chocolate chip cookie had me taking a double take ohhhh yum! Leary of any bread, the cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls did not cause my blood sugar to rise and are filling. Thank u Laurence, u are appreciated!

Many times I can’t get out of the car to go inside due to chronic fatigue or joint pain so my fiancé goes in and calls me, the owner always talks to me over the phone or FaceTime to help me make my selections. If you’re trying to lose weight, you will with this amazing food. I absolutely love this shop. Please go see him and support his business. I went here today. Just started a Keto diet this week and was so tired of meat and cheese and a friend at work told me about this bakery. He said the Triple Berry Cheesecake Bowls was one of his best. I got back to work and it was heavenly. Owner very knowledge on Keto if you are looking for variety on Keto this is the place to go. Wanting a place to get past your sweet craving this is it. I also bought two cinnamon rolls and gave one to two of coworkers to split. They both said it was very good. Thanks to the owner for having just what I needed today!
