Apparently this Hardee's had a power surge and loss the ability to run the computers. Worker was rude and we sat stuck in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and did not get to order any food at all.
Hardee's in Collinsville Va has the best pork chop and gravy biscuits and sweet tea with lemon......yum. Thank you Hardee's Collinsville VA your breakfast made my day. The young man at the drive thru was super nice and professional.

i love this hardees i go 3 times a week but this is the second time i’ve had a hair in my biscuit so i’m not sure if someone’s not wearing hair net or what but it really sucks when you’re ready to eat your breakfast as there’s hair in it.

The workers are rude and are always pulling drive thru up because they want to take their time making the food instead of getting it handed out before the time gets high. The drive thru timer needs to stay low in a fast food restaurant some people don't know that the timer starts when you pull up to the speaker to order. The inside was dirry and the order at the window had cleaner sitting all over the place and near peoples food! The fries was really old and soggy so I don't know what the really had to cook but we will no longer go back there again and make sure nobody else does either! They are not worried about the customers only worried about that pay check!
The food is always hot and delicious, whether breakfast or lunch. The people are always friendly. It's one of my favorites.

First to dine in at 6am, I assume. A sweet lady greeted me right away. Dining area was clean. As always, the buttery, flaky bacon/egg/cheese was delicious. You're not always going to have a pleasant interaction at a fast food establishment but I certainly did here.

Never seem to know they have a lobby that opens early so it’s always left locked worst customer service excluding Dorris she is the BY FAR BEST EMPLOYEE IN THE BUILDING EVEN IF SHE AINT WORKING everyone else is constantly either rude to the customers or rude to the employees I have finally decided to just stop attempting to even go here if there was a way to leave a negative amount of dots I would choose the lowest option every single time
