Ordered around 9pm and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes just for them to come out and say the grease was just warming and it would be another 6 minutes. I bet you can guess it was more than a 6 minute wait, just to get some mediocre food and be missing some of our order.

Unsure of how you are a chicken establishment and never have chicken cooked. I could understand if it was once or twice , yet each time we attempt to order we were told we don't have any of that cooked or we're out of those parts. Like what... My order is simple 3 drumsticks.
