Tonight I got a $5 bag since I knew it’d be easy for them bc I’m timed for my lunches at work. The big male with long hair (don’t know his name) in the window tonight was rude bc I miscounted my money to pay and I’ve had a long day so I told him sorry and he ignored my apology and looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there. My fries were COLD to the point I didn’t bother to eat them. They forgot my sauce which I’m not too mad about compared to my ice cold fries. Nuggets were tough so I know they’ve been sitting just like the fries. So 2/3 hot food items was cold and sitting too long. There were cars in front of me so I assume they got cold fries and tough nuggets too. I tried calling the store 5 times!!! And it was giving a busy signal. They probably left it off the hook to avoid calls bc I gave each call a few mins in between in case the managers were actually working with a customer. I’m seriously doubting it though. I only wanted to get some fresh fries but they won’t answer so I’m writing this review. Answer your phones and the employees need to nicer to customers!!!

Grabbed some breakfast before heading to work,it's been awhile since I've ate out&I think I remember why I don't go out that often. I ordered the steak bagel,no egg. The bagel in the inside was BURNT on the top&bottom..I was so upset.

After leaving one job to rush down to open my store for a scheduled event I stopped by your establishment to grab something to eat, only because Wendy's line was way to long btw and I was on a time crunch. I attached a copy of my receipt so you can see for yourself what my order was, with some additional photos. I did not get a deluxe chicken sandwich. Now I am stuck hosting this event and unable to leave to come up there for you to even fix this issue. What is really aggressing is I have called several time so I could let someone know so I can come at a later time....But was not able to get a hold of anyone and what sounded like being hung up on. Y'all had me and one other car in the drive thru and maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. Y'all to busy to answer a phone or just laziness? Come on now smh

My experience at the Collinsville McDonald's was extremely satisfying . The curly-haired cashier was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Tina, a team member, showcased exceptional customer service skills and attended to customers promptly. I would definitely recommend this location for breakfast.

This is a TERRIBLE McDonald's. I have been here year after year and it just keeps going downhill. They've updated it so far that it has lost its character, and you can't even get your own drinks anymore. The place was not very clean, and most tables were dirty. Food really wasn't anything special or good. The staff were clearly not very on top of it and you will wait a while. This store does not make much money I imagine because it has had a lot of bad publicity over the years. Their drive thru monitor does not even work, so you better know what you want!

We have been to this McDonald’s multiple times throughout the year and it’s always an issue for some reason. The other half of the order screen has been completely shut off for months now. The collector’s meal just came out. They clearly have a sign that advertises it. When I asked about it, the young lady’s response was that they don’t have anymore. When I confronted her about the sign, she said they don’t have anymore collector cups. Make this make sense. Most of the time, when we drive through..the same employees are on their phones and texting while leaning on the countertops. I’ve had my fair share. Thank you

No one ever acknowledged I was even in the restaurant. My order was put together and placed on the counter in front of me. The lady didn't even so much as smile. The manager was to involved in texting up front with her back to me to care about the customer or their experience.

Worst Mc Donald’s I have EVER been to. Every other visit to this one, there is an issue. They need to stop hiring lazy people with bad attitudes and bad customer service skills. Ice cream machine never seems to “work”. They don’t want to clean it. If you order a Mc Flurry, they will have all of the cookies on top and nothing but plain ice cream on the bottom. Moral of the story, go to the one in Collinsville for good service.
