Grabbed some breakfast before heading to work,it's been awhile since I've ate out&I think I remember why I don't go out that often. I ordered the steak bagel,no egg. The bagel in the inside was BURNT on the top&bottom..I was so upset.
My experience at the Collinsville McDonald's was extremely satisfying . The curly-haired cashier was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Tina, a team member, showcased exceptional customer service skills and attended to customers promptly. I would definitely recommend this location for breakfast.
We have been to this McDonald’s multiple times throughout the year and it’s always an issue for some reason. The other half of the order screen has been completely shut off for months now. The collector’s meal just came out. They clearly have a sign that advertises it. When I asked about it, the young lady’s response was that they don’t have anymore.
