Bread was old n cold. Tuna was old. Guess they discontinued lite mayo. Sold me a fountain drink didn't bother to tell me half of them were not working. $17! For a combo. Never again.

Today was the 3rd day I went to this subway. I love ice tea and the last couple times I went they had very watered down tea and they’ve never had unsweet. Today I had hoped for tea again only to find they were out. I decided I’d go with the Pepsi zero and darned if that was out too. This is very disappointing for someone who loves Subway and has family that owned a subway and never had this issue. I will think twice before I ever go back here especially if I want a drink. The manager waited on us and she did a great job with our sandwich. I asked her if I could just pay for the cup and take some ice with me and she wanted to charge me $3.29 for ice! Seriously… Not happening..

Jennifer was so sweeet! And so kind! I just started coming back to subway because of my allergy and she went over and beyond to take care of me! She needs a raise!
Slowest service ever. People in front of us took a good 20 minutes to order 3 subs. Then we waited 10+ mins to order 1 sub. They had two employees working. Only two people inside ordering… ridiculous.

Website schedule is 9am to 10pm. Go in at 12:45pm and Bar that meat and cheese are in is not ready for service. Ordered a steak sub and was told they didnt have steak or chicken.

Went to this store to get a salad in drive thru told them I wonted chicken teriyaki and told them what u wonted which is just lettuce chicken cheese and cucumber get home and they left the lettuce out and will not answer the phone I guess va needs to lower the minimum wage back to 750 because 12.50 a hour must be way to much if u don’t know lettuce goes into a salad

The short older black lady was listening to and singing gospel music why fixing our subs and kept asking us to repeat ourselves. She did have earbuds in both ears. Didn't fix my sub right of course. After we paid she took her earbuds out turned the Gospel music up really loud and started singing and swaying. I WILL NEVER go back here as long as she still has a job. Very unprofessional.
