this is without a doubt the worst experience I've had at tacobell. we used the mobile app when I got there 30 minutes later they hadn't even started on my food. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for 10 minutes and nobody ever came over the intercom so I walked it I waited for 30 minutes for my food when I got to my vehicle to check my order they forgot the Cinnabons I walk back in to tell them and I have to wait another 10 minutes for them

I ended up deciding to get food here. After ordering, multiple people got their food before me. That's fine, though I ended up waiting nearly 35 minutes for 12 tacos. Maybe it was a rush and they were expecting issues keeping up, esspecially since they accept Doordash, but the employees behind the counter often stood around for periods of time and talked. Only one of the employees I saw actively cleaning and doing their best to tidy up the main area. On that note, it is incredibly clean and well taken care of, just wish I got my food sooner! I'll make sure to order drive through next time.

The girl working the window on 3/21/25 @ 410pm really needs to be trained or simply learn customer service skills. It's hard to spend money at places where people act as if they have had no training!

Really good food I tried there chicken nuggets today with bell sauce very good fresh and everyone is really nice clean and good place get good food burritos are great also
Ordered my food got home to find out they put lettuce on every thing I specifically marked no lettuce and because lettuce was touching everything my autistic kids wouldn’t eat it. I called to complain because this is the third time I ordered from there and they ignored my notes on my orders. When able to finally talk to someone they lady told me I was lying and she knew for a FACT she didn’t put lettuce on them and I’m like well lady I’m staring at a plate of lettuce I just scrapped off all four tacos. She then accused my of yelling and being nasty to which I did no such thing, I didn’t cuss, I didn’t say anything degrading or offensive. I think she was just trying to antagonize me into blowing up and giving her a reason to hang up. Anywho she begrudgingly offered me to come in with a receipt for a refund. I really don’t care about a refund at all all I know is I never had an employee act to rude, childish, and unprofessional ever at any establishment I’ve been to. I will not be returning to this location

This is for Collinsville VA taco bell. I pulled into the drive-thru order 30 minutes before close ( I just finished my shift as well). Considering that it was late and they were probably trying to close, they were still friendly and quick on filling the order. The food was correct, and I will remark that it did taste better than usual. The crunchwrap I ordered was not falling apart, and the burrito wasn't soggy. My only regret is that I felt bad for doing anything retail or restaurant based when they were trying to close, but the attitude of the crew still made me feel welcome.
