The Pacific Bay Steak & Seafood Restaurant

So I ordered my steak medium rare and it came well done. Was just going to take it to my dogs when the waiter said I'll have it taken off your ticket. I said thank you. He brought me a to go box and then came back and said you can't take it home per my manager. I said why not and he said he did not know why. Asked to speak to Manager. Blanca came over and just started screaming at me. I literally had no time to say anything so I took my phone out and started filming and she ran away. What's with that.. She made something a big deal when it wasn't. Will not go back there. She is not professional at all.

Fish was burnt to a crisp. Ordered a kids popcorn shrimp and large white fish platter. Price comes to $42 dollars. Food sucked and prices are ridiculous.

Visited this last Friday and being from the Gulf Coast was super impressed about the crab legs. Great taste and meat came out prefect. You get 3 sides and they gave me 3+ clusters. Will go visit again

I read some reviews before trying. Seen an individual say that the steak was the best in town. Either the guy has some affiliation with this restaurant or was paid to say that. Im 40 years old & have never send back/ refused to eat or pay for food. I got the Ribeye, worse in my life. Very poor quality meat, kinda taste like unburnt gas. They should take Steak out of there company name.

Got the crab legs today and it makes the 3rd time coming here and they just letting the crab sit in the water way too long before bringing it out. It's way too watery and hardly any flavor. Do not recommend the crabs to anyone.

Usually eat here for dinner but decided to try there breakfast Waitress got an attitude when ask for an menu because they near once offer they just assume you want the buffet. The breakfast menu is small only a few things. I ate BLT which is good. My husband got the buffet which was half empty. The waitress finally gave us our ticket 15 minutes after we was done with our food. I ask for a water to go waited and she stood up there talking and never brought it. Went to paid she even checked us out and never once said anything about my water or anything. No thank you for your bussiness or come back or pleasure serving you. And people wonder why they don't get tipped good...I been a waitress this was not good customer service . On top of this...this was an older lady not a teen....

We went when it 1st moved to new location it was pretty good but had a bad experience with our church group a few years ago. So thought we would give it another try. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Got the buffet. The food was horrible tough very dried out even the salad wasn't great. Just sad I paid hard earned money for this. Kept trying different things on the bar hoping to find something decent...but nope!!! Never again!!!

I love this restaurant. I think I've tried about 70% of the menu... The highlight is the steak!!! And the iced tea, which I'm addicted to...

The waitress, with glasses (she is an older lady) is great at serving and very, very polite!

We came for breakfast and nothing on the bar looked appetizing so decided to try and order something from menu. No menu. So asked to have a steak and eggs, told no to steak. Asked for grilled chicken, told no until we explained we cannot have pork. Finally agreed to scrambled eggs and grilled chicken, only to have it come out 58 minutes later, no scrambled eggs but fried eggs with cheese. Pretty disappointed. Probably won’t be back. The waitress was nice though, so that’s the reason for the stars.

Ordered the scallop and oyster BROILED combo. They brought out deep fried scallop and oysters. Im too nice and didn't say anything, I just ate it. It was good, but whatever

Took about 45 min to get lunch then 3 plates were cold so took another 15-20 minutes to get those back. Only 1 plate discounted
