Dockside Restaurant & Tiki Bar

Great little spot right on the beach, good food, godd drinks, good service and much better prices then other beach restaurants like Muse.

It was a beautiful afternoon. Food was great! For price ,could have been brought to you. Atmosphere great! Food was great! Bartenders/ order/taker. Great! What wasn't Great. We waited til people moved and seemed to be a shift in crowd. Took our grandkids to the little sky swings that were there. No one was there by then. I chaperone them they weren't alone. 3 & 4 years old. We hadn't been out for a very long time. The person that was with me hadn't been well and is not expected to be well. If you can imagine what, I'm saying here. I work hard for my money and am a business owner myself in fredericksburg. I dropped 130.00 on two kids chicken dinners. Two shrimp dinners, and four drinks,& 20 percent tip, kinda ruined the vibe for me. When I was asked for me and my grandchildren to leave the swings. Kids not allowed. When I looked up kid friendly in colonial beach. Lady, you rained on a precious memory. Im not saying I'll never come back, but let's just say it'll be High Tides next time. Grew up at the beach too, hadn't been there in years. So I'd like to make a correction , they aren't kid friendly ✌️ 0ut.

The outside bartenders are an absolute blast. Definitely recommend trying this spot if you're in Colonial Beach

We did not want to leave, it was the perfect escape. We had oysters and a side of fries. The DJ happily played some of our favorite songs.

Fantastic place to eat and hang out. First, the view is beautiful. Old fashions are on point, thank you Emily. The food is great, a must place to visit while in Colonial Beach.

This is one of my favorite places when I'm looking for great food. Only issue this last time was the amount of gnats flying around inside the restaurant. This was the first time I have experienced that, though.

Great Dive bar on the water. Food is what it is. Service is good until it gets packed then it's just the easy it goes as far as having to wait. Typical beach bar with great atmosphere and staff. Did prices aren't bad but be careful. 5 shrimp was $17 couple weeks ago. Good drinks. Crab cake was good.
