Domino's Pizza

I order delivery at least twice a month and I get the worst pizzas ever. You order extra cheese and it looks like hardly any cheese. You ask for extra toppings and it looks normal. I will say that none of the food at this store looks like the food on your commercials. I’m not looking for freebies or anything but when I order , I do want my food to be good and hot. This store at the beach has some serious issues. Unfortunately it’s the only delivery in town. I wish we had other options because I’m sick of this Dominos.

I ordered a delivery and everything was going well until the delivery driver arrived. He was rude and acted like it was too much for him. The food was delicious. But the Domino's Pizza delivery driver was rude. I was at the address I gave. I don't know what his problem was.

I've never had a place that I have called for an hour straight sitting on hold and still have yet to been answered. I've called over 27 times is got to be the worst Domino's for ratings. Is Colonial Beach Virginia be so much better if we could get a papa? John's or something else in this town. Domino's needs to go and when you do get them on the phone any other time 70% of our probably the rudis people that work at this store.

I had a very subpar experience with this franchise, my food was subpar, it tasted bitter, and it came super late. Not worth it.

Very rude customer service

Many Domino's locations range in quality, but in my experience, this location has been consistently high quality and arrives within good time (even for peak business hours).

Get sick every time I eat at this location....

I have eaten here twice and gotten sick both times. Bacon in cheesy bread was not cooked all the way, and food not stored in proper temperature. I have been awake since 4 am vomits and diarrhea. I will never eat there again even if u paid me. Getting this sick both times after eating here and feeling this bad is not worth it.

When placing a delivery, our house is kind of confusing, being so close to others. But when our order got dropped at the neighbors, not only did they come back and grab it from the neighbors porch to deliver to our place; they gave us a whole new order. Kenneth and the Dominoes of Colonial Beach is the BEST. The pizza always arrives hot, delicious, and convenient every time. Thank you for the great service!!

We ordered the Spinach Feta and it was tasteless and dry

Had a NY style pizza and ate 2 pieces and threw the rest away. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. It insults the real NY pizza.

My husband placed an order online this evening. When the order arrived, no one rung the door bell, knocked, nothing (no we did not choose the "no contact" option). Instead, they left our food sitting on the ground in front of the door.
If it wasn't for my doorbell camera notifying me that someone was at my door (in which we didn't check our phone until much later) we would've never known that our food had arrived. The food was sitting outside for almost 10 minutes. Thank goodness no bugs got into it. This is the worst delivery service we have gotten from this establishment in the 4 years that we have been ordering from them.

Ordered food from this store on 7/22 at 7:14 PM. Got my order at 7:31 for delivery and it came out perfect! We love a fast delivery ?️
