I spent about 70.00 on some lukewarm food! I like my food temperature hot! Very disappointed. My daughter ordered the cheeseburger the pattie and bread were burnt.

Beer was good. I ordered the chili cheese fries and it was was way too expensive for what I got. Parking can be a bit crazy. I would go back but I wouldn't eat there again.

A couple of my friends and I showed up around 9pm and as it was not our first place to go we were already feeling festive. The band was playing (they were great wish I could’ve caught their name) and a friend and myself went to dance. When we came back we were approached by the owner and told we had enough to drink etc. even though we’d only been there for about 15 minutes. Other than that it was another great atmosphere for geriatrics who wish to act like the world around them doesn’t exist.

Me and my family have been here several times before, and always received polite servers, and warm hosts. Recently I visited on my own with a friend, who is not white(I am). The second we walked in we were immediately stared at, and although our hostess was polite, our server took forever to come and greet us although it wasn't busy, and had an attitude and seemed like she didn't want to be anywhere near us. From the looks of it, we thought maybe she was having a bad day, but as time passed we realized she was only treating us this way. It wasn't a busy time of day and we could see how well she was treating her other customers, and it was clear she either had a problem with my friend being the only non-white person in the building or she had made an assumption about the two of us being together(both teen girls). We had spent the entire day getting stares and being giggled at and couldn't exactly pinpoint why, and our experience at this establishment made it very clear what everyone was thinking. Our server had a terrible attitude, rolled her eyes, didn't ask us questions about our orders, and she only came by our table 3 times in the entire hour and a half we had been sitting there. It was extremely disappointing for me as someone who had been here before and enjoyed coming, and I was excited to show my friend the cozy atmosphere. But we were made to feel unwelcome because of how passive aggressive our waitress was, and the fact that we couldn't tell whether she was being homophobic or racist was a horrible feeling. Like I said, I've been visiting Colonial Beach for years, and NEVER experienced anything like the prejudice we faced this most recent visit. Truly disappointed in your staff, and most likely won't be coming back. ???

This is an eclectically furnished & decorated place with a great vibe. We found it to be a wonderful brewery & eatery in a quiet little area! My partner and I wanted to try this place as we had heard some good things about it from friends. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and delivered promptly and the beer selection is pretty good for such a remote location. We lucked out as it was a rainy day so it was somewhat quiet and a very enjoyable way to relax on a rainy summer Saturday. I imagine this place is just packed on a regular summer Saturday! When the weather is better we will be driving up in our boat instead of the car. ? Oh and you simply must use the main restroom at least once just to see its decor…. I heartily agreed with all of it. ?
