The cook(s) know their way around the kitchen! The food is always so good. Last night we had take-out... a "custom" spaghetti dish with italian sausage, spinach, and mushrooms in Ledo's sauce, and the side salad was fresh and crisp. Fantastico!

I prefer a super thin crust, the hallmark of this franchise. The crust is a little buttery, not so heavy on marinara. The meat pizzas are heavily loaded and it is the same with the veggie. These are also rectangular pizzas cut into relatively small squares. When I’m out of town, I like to get a veggie pizza and just carry it around, nibbling as I work.Vegetarian options: I prefer the veggie pizza but only know it’s my favorite, nothing about exact specifications.

My daughter will only eat Spaghetti from Ledos It's her favorite. ?
We were camping nearby last weekend and decided we weren't in the mood to cook. Since this seems to be the only pizza place near by, we checked it out on a Saturday night.At first we weren't impressed. It's a seat yourself place and the girls at the counter greeted us. And then we sat. And sat. We almost got up and left, but then our server came around the corner and looked shocked. Apparently no one told her we were there. After that though, she was ON POINT. We started with full size salads (we were hungry after hiking all day) - Caesar for Hubby (with chicken), because that's how he rolls, and the Ledo Italian for me. The Caesar dressing looked a little thick, but it was amazing! You can taste all the layers of flavor, even a hint on anchovy. Just the way it's supposed to be. What he really loved was the chicken! It was hit and fresh off the flat top. Super tasty. My Italian was good too - full of fresh ingredients. I did note that the menu pics show it has salami and pepperoni in it, but mine was missing the pepperoni. Not a big deal. The dressing was really interesting. It's called Ledo Romano Cheese and Herb Dressing, which I was picturing more as a vinaigrette, but it was actually creamy. Really flavorful though! It also comes with black olives and pepperonchinis, but I always skip those. On to the pizza - we ordered extra cheese and pepperoni. This is NOT NY style, so if you are expecting that, you are in the wrong place. What it is is a distinct flaky crust rectangle. They don't use mozzarella, either - it's smoked provolone. But do t let that bother you, the flavor is fantastic. The sauce has a hint of sweetness, which I actually prefer. You can taste the tomatoes better that way. It was loaded with cheese and that thick sliced pepperoni that they seem to be known for. Fantastic service, really (surprisingly) tasty food and decent prices will have us back again when in the area. The only reason they lose a star is because the crust on our pizza could have used a few more minutes in the oven. It was doughy.

Called in for cheeseburgers. They are delicious!! A little high on price though. Still get from time to time because they are big & tasty?
Although the salad was not as great as the first salad I had at Ledo, it was still good. Girlfriend said GF pizza was better than most but not great. They were busy with about 20 little ones from daycare and were still able to provide good service.

Gosh! A lot of these reviews seem kinda harsh, wow. Lighten up, people. We have been here at least 5 or 6 times in the last year. Always a good experience. Dining in, staff was always very nice. Take out experiences also reliably and consistently good.
