Yesterday I had visited the McKinney Blvd McDonald's in Colonial Beach VA. It goes far too unnoticed when the employees are not recognized for their service and professionalism. I would like to thank Myron for his absolutely amazing customer service and professionalism. I witnessed his ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service. Great hire, Management! Myron has set the bar.

Very satisfied with dinner tonight, fries were probably the most delicious I've had at mcdonalds and the nuggets were as well. Drive through window lady was very nice and such a positive vibe. We didn't catch her name but thank you. 🤗

Horrible experience literally pull up to the window and the lady right away told us to speak up after not evening saying anything. Then gave us an attitude about it, took the ladies order behind us and rushed us. Once we got to the window the order was wrong and told to wait at the curb side, why rush everyone if you are just making us wait. Will never be back to that one again or that area after the experience.

Restaurant in general could use a good cleaning. Someone had defecated in the urinal and staff wasn’t very quick to clean it up. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been.

Food is pretty good. Depending on who's working, the food and order accuracy varies. My biggest concern is how dirty the place was on 5/9/2025. They wiped tables and they didn't look clean. The trash was taken out but it took them 45 mins to clean the floor after something sticky was dropped. I ended up walking through it and sliding through the restaurant. The kids area is filthy and my kids are visibly dirty and sticky after playing for 20 mins. Absolutely gross. I will not be taking my kids to play until this is more regularly cleaned.
