Yesterday my husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this new and upcoming winery, as we enjoyed our tastings, we looked around and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere! Wines are great, service was really good..Lesla & KiKi are super nice and welcoming! If you like cider- their pumpkin cider is good too!! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy sitting by the bay sipping wine

We had a great time visiting for a tasting ! We each walked away with at least one bottle and cute wine glasses too! We highly recommend this place for visitors of Colonial Beach!!

As previous posters have mentioned, Monroe Market is divided into a coffee shop and a tasting room for Ingleside Vineyards. I've only experienced the tasting room but it's a go-to stop for my wife and I whenever we go to Colonial Beach. The wine is great and the service is superb: super friendly and accommodating. There's nothing like sitting out on their patio with some chilled grapes in your wine, watching Colonial Beach pass you by!

I love Colonial Beach and it's so cool that they opened up a Vineyard Tasting Room right in the heart of the town! This is a bright, fun little spot. Green and blue décor that will have you chilling out and ready to sip some wine! The outdoor patio is small but really cute! The selection of gifts and foods is not huge, but they're unique, like the Cabernet Sugar! Inside you will find a diminutive bar with about 3 or 4 bar stools where you can begin your journey through their selection of wines. Liz, our pourer was just as sweet as some of the wines! The wine tasting was 7$ and you can keep the souvenir glass. I love the wine glass because it was smaller than most which I prefer. We started with the Blue Heron White and it was a tad sweet for my tastebuds. I loved the bottle though, so classically Colonial Beach so I had to get a bottle! Moving onto the Viogner, this was probably my fav of the lineup - dry but with a crisp edge. They were out of the Blue Heron Rosé-sad face... I love a rosé so I'll have to come back for that one! The Petit Verdot was wow... pucker up... to dry-I like what someone once told me "I don't like to be thirsty when I'm drinking wine" and that describes this wine perfectly. The Petit Manseng was very sweet but ok. The Hopped Cider was an apple cider with hops that tasted a little like beer but not for me. We also tried the non-alcoholic cider red which was like Kool-Aid. And we also got to try a Pumpkin Spice Cider that was bubbly and tasty which I could see drinking on a fall evening by a bonfire. All and all, this is a cute tasting room that is fairly new so it's having some growing pains. It needs to be a little more organized, like having the tasting sheets out, the crackers on the bar, etc. But I'm sure by by my next visit, the kinks will be smoothed out. I'd definitely keep this place on your wine tour list, but don't expect to be blown away. None of the wines really stood out, but for a tasting room, it's a a beachy, fun spot and I'm glad Colonial Beach is getting hipster!!

Small venue but very cute. Casual and friendly atmosphere. Reasonable tasting fees and good price point on their local wines.
