Delicious authentic Italian pizza, great drink and appetizers selection too!

Highly recommend the cheese pizza with the olive oil base rather than the tomato base. So delicious. Servers and bartenders are attentive and even if understaffed maintain a pleasant demeanor.

Was delighted to find the Muse open for lunch today! Great new restaurant on the Boardwalk in Colonial Beach. I had the Mushroom Sandwich, today. I’ve had many pizzas in the past - love their pizzas: fresh dough & fresh sauce created by Chef Robin. Although not fresh, their cauliflower crust is exceptional.

Visited 8/10/24 two restaurants in one. The Drift is connected. I got the Cobe sandwich. A small 6 in sub. It was OK too small to really enjoy. It had bacon, ham, and sausage. The service was OK. We had to keep asking for items.

Vegetarian options: Fries, cheese pizza, mushroom sandwich

I’m from NC visiting a friend from Woodbridge last week and We rode bikes decided to stop and get a drink at Muse . Madison was our bartender and she was great very curtesy polite and knew her job . We asked about places to go later, she told us but also after she was off from work she picked us up at the marina and took all around the island and brought us back to the marina. I never got her last name but I wanted to thank her very much for a wonderful time and also she went well above what she should have , her and her friends made us feel very comfortable and welcome in y’all’s community.

THIS is the spot for pizza in Colonial beach! The ingredients were fresh and every pie was cooked perfectly. The salads were also tasty! There were some flies buzzing around, but the server brought a fan and it kept them away from our food. The kids LOVED the video games and it kept them busy while my wife and I enjoyed our pizza. Our server was attentive, but not at all overbearing. We had a small issue with a game eating coins and one of the owners fixed it right away. Beautiful views and just a great vibe. Can't wait to try the sister restaurant!

Parking: Parking is behind the building, a lot of spots, but probably fills quickly during nice beach days.

This place is kinda gross. Major fly problem and they were all over our food the whole time which made it so unenjoyable. I watched a trail of ants walking along the baseboard too. Feels cramped inside and portions are small. I would probably rather go anywhere else.

As a Jersey native and pizza snob I have to say Muse's pizza is excellent. The crust was crisp with a good chew, sweet NJ style sause with quality mozz and basil is all that needed. Deck seating along the Colonial Beach beach is great even in the 90 plus heat of the 4th of July weekend. (Shaded and enough a/c flowing from the outdoor bar counter)

Been coming to colonial beach for a few years. Always saw this place under construction. Finally on July 4th decided to try it. Bartender didn’t even greet us , told us we could sit anywhere and someone would help. Seems that there was one person waiting & clearing tables. She never one and looked in our direction. Needless to say the menu looked great! But after 20 minutes we just got up and left.

Has a perfect spot and great look.. but that service will run it into the ground.
