The BEST seafood in the area to ME!!! The seasoning is so damn good loll and everything steamed to perfection 🌬️🤣. I go every weekend during the summer. The staff is amazing and friendly. My Go to spot!! I will sit in my car in front of the house and eat sometimes 😩😂😂.

Been coming here a long time, but won’t be back after today.

Unfortunately, there was a mistake made with an order I was picking up (for a family member, I didn’t order myself). They gave us the wrong size/amount of crabs. Since I didn’t personally make the order, I didn’t realize until I dropped them off, and came back to the store for my forgotten shrimp. They then expected me to give back the crabs or pay for the difference for a mistake I didn’t make. I would’ve happily given them back, but they were already dropped off, so that wasn’t an option. The customer service is not great- they act like you made the mistake/are an inconvenience.

This review is for shady lane seafood!
I have been purchasing crabs from shady lane seafood for many years and this year 2024 has been the worst crabs I have been getting from them!
Today November 2nd I saw 1/2 bushel medium crabs for $55. They were all very small and served in a bag not box.
All of the #2 crabs I have purchased this year have been very small!
I recommend not purchasing the #2s nor #3s!
I think #3s are females!

Lettuce on salad bar was brown and old! Had to keep asking for fresh food on buffet! Shrimp was over cooked, even the tea tasted old! $45 per person for horrible food! Trust me never ever come here!

Wish I could give -1 star. Was told to call back 3 different times just to call back this morning around 10 something and be told “call back at 12” cool. Not a problem. Call back at 12 and was told “we’re sold out for today” and got hung up on before I could say anything else … then my husband calls back and sees what’s going on and she gives him a full breakdown of a story saying that they have to fulfill orders from the week prior and that the batch they had us call back for was sold out because it was “just enough to fulfill the last couple of orders from the week prior” I don’t know i usually come here with family all the time but this ? Weird.

Edit- was able to call around and Roy’s Seafood LLC was able to help in no time. Thank you for not having crabs today. Because Roy’s are taking better care of us and will be from now on.
