❤️??As one of the owners, we want everyone to know first and foremost that we love all our customers and we care about our business. We appreciate that we are living in the age of technology, but we sincerely ask that before you write a review about us (or ANY business) here or anywhere on social media that is less than positive, please do the “kind” thing and give US the opportunity first to make your experience right before writing something on a public venue that would hurt our business or ANY business. We aren’t perfect but we truly CARE. Recently, we have been made aware that there has been at least 2 people posting fake reviews here on our page, and why we have unfortunately given our page limited access now. We know who the fake review posters are, we consider this harassment, you have been reported, and will continue to report all fake reviews to Google.

I ordered a medium-sized mixed chocolate and vanilla soft serve from this ice cream stand, and the portion was unexpectedly huge (my bad, but that’s not a complaint).
The ice cream itself was delicious, though it did melt a bit faster than expected in this September-weather, and the waffle cone was okay-ish, nothing special. It was served by super friendly staff, who made the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, I’d say that’s a rather solid spot for a sweet treat!

Bad customer service the whole time. Our whole order took forever to come out. When we asked what was wrong we got attitude for the workers. And when it did finally come out it was melted. We also had multiple problems with our order after waiting that long. Definitely a disappointing experience.

Sign says disrespectful people will not be served but got mad when I asked if she gave me 1 scoop or 2 cause there was barely anything.

Got my order wrong forgetting to add peanut butter to my milkshake, when I told the staff they did not apologize and when I got the milkshake back the second time there was an unmixed scoop of peanut butter at the bottom. Very disrespectful.

Decided to go some place new with my kid the other day. I felt as I wasted my money as the ice cream flavor I had cotton candy tasted really cheap and cone tasted like a boxed cone :/ I don’t think I will be back no time soon sticking to ice cream hut. Due to that rude unprofessional response for my honest opinion. We are seriously not coming back now.

Sorry to say the service and the quality of the product has gone way down. This establishment used to be a nice place to bring the family to after a fun day at the beach but sadly, no longer. We were excited to order eight treats- two were served melted beyond saving. Two were served after the two parties behind us were served. No apology given.
All of our orders were served with attitude.
We will be taking our business elsewhere.

The ice cream is OK. The people are friendly. Like the place when it was Nancy's ice cream. The soft serve ice cream was the best at Nancy's. The ice cream at Pink Poodle is ok. I would drive to Carl's in Fredericksburg for the best ice cream.

Hi I came on here to write about my experience at the pink poodle . I was excited to try something new and different and was extremely disappointed when they Told me that all there ice cream is starting to melt so I got a basic cotton candy cone wasn’t too happy about my selection considering that they told me that the cotton candy wasn’t melted, but it was The kind staff member let me know that if I wanted another ice cream that I could get one because mine was melted. I told her no thank you but thanked her and then what I think was the manager said stop asking so many questions and get back to work. I found that so rude and the girl looks so stressed, I felt really bad for this girl and the manager proceeded to keep saying that she was gonna walk out she was gonna walk out. me and my family were shocked. We couldn’t believe that one would talk to there team members like that.
