Never open when they say they are
We stopped by for a quick bite to eat during the Colonial Bike Fest. We were seated promptly with a smile. The atmosphere was very festive for October with the Halloween theme.
We received our food in short order, and the order was correct. Nothing really stands out about the food. A bit overpriced for what you get. Maybe because of the location on the beach?
I would recommend The Black Pearl. Just know it's more of a nighttime barr scene. 4 stars from me.

Rude staff and slow service
If I came again I’d ask for Angie, such a sweetheart with great service. Cooks did well with serving time though me and a friend came later in the night, I must say the atmosphere was very relaxing !

Cynori provided excellent customer service. We sat outside and it was so relaxing, good vibes only! Ordered a Watermelon Margarita and my husband ordered a long Island Iced Tea. Loved the Tiki Hut decor! Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

Chill beachy vibe bar with decent pizza. Worth a stop if that’s your thing.

Our first time in town, happened to be during Bike Fest. We wandered along the beach but decided on lunch at High Tides. After choosing a high top table, Rhonda our server made us feel comfortable with her soft demeanor. Ms. R ordered coconut shrimp with a side of asparagus. Dave ordered flounder and asparagus. The shrimp and the flounder were prepared excellent , moist inside light coating and crispy. The Yuengling beer was ice cold and her old fashion margarita was just right. If you come ask your waiter when the ghosts have been “seen” lately.
Fried oysters were fried too long! Dark and crisp. Couldn’t taste oysters for dark crisp. Not good
I have been here a couple times. Honestly, the food and service varied each time. I was hesitant to try it again, however love the location, so we gave it a shot. We were a group of 6 (1 baby). The greeter sat us a a 4 person table and pulled up a chair and offered no highchair. Not a biggie. But as we sat their they seated other people and continued to walk by us saying nothing. A table that came in after us was getting their drinks and placing their order and still no recognition from the wait staff despite 2-3 standing at the door talking. We waited a few more minutes and left. As we were leaving the ones standing there talking began laughing, as if it were funny that customers were walking out. I have read other reviews about the front end staff and they were on point. I guess it will be awhile before we give it another shot.
Cool beach bar. Had a great band playing in the afternoon. Brick oven pizzas looked good but didn't get one.

Food was expensive and not good at all. Service was terrible. Sad because the view is pretty sitting outside but if you have a problem with your order and the lousy food the manager will cuss you out. Will never be back and it’s certainly not a family restaurant.
Rude staff refused to work with us when we had an issue. We’ve been there a few times and the service sucked. The only thing they have going for them is they are on the beach. But with how unprofessional they run their business I suggest skipping all together.
Closed for the season.....
