Always great food at this Dairy Queen. Of course the ice cream is good. And it is always clean.

People/Staff are friendly but the food is garbage. My burger came with HOT lettuce, pickles and Ketchup. ?everything is reheated in the microwave.

Shania and Shirley REALLY made this stop a great experience for me! I had been driving all day with my kids and they were getting restless. Shania was extremely patient and kind when I was ordering, and even made a suggestion! It worked out beautifully. I actually ended up parking for a minute to come inside and use the ladies room. I thanked Shirley for the amazing service and she was so nice to chat with. I haven't had such amazing customer service in a long time! Everyone there was so nice, and smiling! Excellent place to visit when you're on the road! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Shirley and Shania! See you again soon!

I have only been thru the drive thru at the Courtland Virginia location and the drive thru staff could use some training on being more courteous.

Took way way to long to make a small blizzard. I went to the bathroom and it took another few minutes after that to get the blizzard. Meanwhile the lobby had people waiting to be addressed by somebody! It was just to long of a wait. But I will say when I did finally see the little young lady she was at least moving kind of fast trying. Kudos to her for at least wanting to work and trying. So I didn't complain or bother her for the long wait.
