I was just in the drive thru (Courtland Va Southampton parkway) I ordered the frisco breakfast sandwich combo and I must say that this sandwich was made with love and perfection thank you to the cooks this was the neatest sandwich ever thank you

The food is great, has great service unless you ask for extra sauces for your fries or anything they only give you 1 even if you have multiple people in your family who need sauce very rude when you ask about that do better please.😔🤨 I know a lot of places are stingy about sauces but, if you have kids or a adult who ask for a bbq or something for there fries or burger it's not going to hurt you to give more for each person for that order. A family of 4 can't share 1 bbq or ranch and I spent almost $40. Oh but you give us plenty of ketchup packets. Do better and be a little nicer please will get better rating if seeing improvement...

Our hamburger was cold and inedible, I called the manager and she was rude and told me that none of her employees would give out such an atrocious hamburger, but they did. She was callous with me and she didn't care about my complaint. I was traveling through her city and I normally have no trouble with Hardee's food, but this particular Hardee's is the exception!! I won't be back and I don't care for managers or staff who evidently don't understand customer service.

First off the cashier acted like she didn't even want to be there second off they must be getting low on Gray because they watered it down and all we got was two biscuit and gravies and two milk. The customer in front of us got an extra apple pie which he gave to us and told us good luck. They must have been having an off day

Mrs Charlene is the best person working there. The two older white ladys arnt worth wasting your breath on. Went this morning and got my normal order and the white lady working couldn’t wrap her head around how to take an order. Stupidest person I’ve seen in retail. Mrs Charlene always gets the order right no matter how busy she is. Also the nicest person with that being said. If it weren’t for her they would get a one star and I wouldn’t go back

Food is always fine for me. Most staff are friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the tables were not that clean. But, that might be due to being understaffed as many businesses are now.

The burgers were OK. The fries were good too. The cost was not so bad. Most fast food has gone the way of McDonalds. Less for more$ and ten some more$. I give Hardees credit for at least trying to give us food options that do not require bank financing!
