Bacon overcooked, dry and cold, fries were cold, everything tasted old, then they basically dumped sauce all over everything inside the bag, all over the sandwich papers and it got everywhere, went back in to ask for a new bag, and he tossed a new bag, the lady got my cup after handling money, touched the rim and put her hands inside the cup, guys in the back was touching there hats and everything then handling food.

Had a girl at the drive thru speaker rudely argue with me about needing a number for my online order when I typically only need my name, AND that's what the site literally instructs you to do after placing your order... go to the restaurant and give them your NAME.
No taste and cold friesUpdate 1/18/24Service has improved but still inconsistent. My estimate is that 3 out of 4 times they get the order right even when using the app. Burgers are great when they actually grill them that only happen about 50 % of the time. Fries are cold probably 50% of the time also.For Covington VA this is probably the best fast food restaurant.

I hate that I had to give one star. My husband and I went to Burger King . I hate that we went there we got 2 bk burgers . Well I was hungry so I ate mine on the way home When we got home my husband wanted ketchup on his burger well he open it up and there were mouse dropping on his lettuce. I was sick of the thought I could had ate mouse droppings.. We called down there and they said they didn't have mouse droppings because they just had a inspection. I was going to save the burger and take it down there. I wish I would had since they said they didn't have mice . So beware when you eat there . I use to love burger king but no more I can't hardly stand to eat out period. I'm sure all the cats are full of mice down there.
