It's what you expect out of a Burger King. No complaints about speed or food quality, but nothing that made them stand out.

Burger King in Covington Va has improved over the past year or so 100% the food is always hot and fresh. Times before you would see employees outside smoking, setting in the sidewalk loafing. I believe we must have a new management team and employees. Way to go Covington Va

Wonderful staff, unfortunately massively understaffed, and there is NO wifi at all according to the staff, and its a dead zone, so picking up deliveries from there is incredibly difficult to accomplish. If there always a wifi for customers I would be happy giving this particular facility a 5 star, service is accomidating, but the ladies working were doing a phenomenal job, as best as they could with what they have

This Burger King is a great place to go. They were open when I was a kid then shut down for a long time. They have now reopened and are doing well. The staff are friendly, the food is prepared very well. I enjoy that the food isn't made sloppy if I wanted that I'd fix it at home. They seem to take pride in making the food look and taste good.

We stopped at Burger King because it would be a quick pit stop for food and they have an impossible Whopper. However, they were so slow we didn't stay. Ended up getting snacks at the gas station

I don’t ever go really inside this restaurant I always get through the drive-through. It’s my local Burger King. They’re headed miss their food really good when they actually change the grease when they’re supposed to their hamburgers or whoppers are really good, but normally they just throw them together sometimes and always say light mayonnaise cause they take it on there . Their Oreo milkshakes are good and their onion rings are amazing if you can get them on to cook them when they’re hot the staff is normally good and there’s usually not a wait to get food.

Food was decent. All the tables were dirty, like you can see the crumbs or the water marks from the drinks. Dirty floors. Customer service was great.
