Traditional diner in downtown Covington. Even though the restaurant is downtown, there is a HUGE FREE parking lot. We had zero trouble parking our camper and enjoying an awesome lunch here. I got a chicken salad which was seasoned just perfectly and my husband got a VERY large tasty club which he could not finish! Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

I had the chicken salad with potato wedges. The prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious!

What a fantastic, friendly place. Stopped in this morning after staying the night in town and had a wonderful breakfast, friendly conversations with the locals and left there full and feeling welcomed. I even got a sample of the meatloaf to take with me for the road. Love these hometown restaurants. Highly recommend here for a great homecooked meal!

This place will overcharge you, make excuses for why they overcharged, when you don’t accept whatever they say because it still wasn’t adding up you then get attitudes and server mumbles things all on top of not receiving what was ordered in the first place.

The taco salad was really good. The grilled chicken sandwich was also very good.

Cafe is located on the ground level of a brick building. Narrow front facade is very unassuming and generic but don't let that fool you as this is a Covington staple. The ladies working were the definition of southern hospitality and the food was amazing. Just another reason not to judge a book by its cover. Definitely would dine here again.

I stopped here while on a motorcycle trip. It was fantastic!! The waitress I had was so friendly and helpful as well! As a retired veteran, I loved seeing their display honoring vets, too! I will be heading that way in a few weeks, so I'll be stopping in again!!

The outside was not drawing you in. It was the customer who told you it was a great place.
