Down home cooking, great food, friendly staff, and they obviously support both emergency services and military. These are the type of businesses that I like to support. Unfortunately it is a two day drive from home. We'll know where to stop next time we're going through.
Great little back street Diner, the burgers tasted delicious and cooked perfect and the fresh cut fries were awesome. Perfect stop lunch after riding 3 hrs through the back roads and national forest.
My man and I were traveling back to maryland from west virginia and while passing through covington VA we stopped in this cute and quaint little town and found this little comfy and feels like home diner. The server was amazing and so nice and friendly. She had wonderful recommendations! We got the corn dog nuggets as an app which were fabulous and home made down to the batter. The mushroom and Swiss burger with homecut fries was delicious as well as my bacon egg & cheese...
