Went in at 950am today 11-22-24 and asked if we could please have a big ham and cheese since only thing they do is microwave the ham and cheese. Was told absolutely not by the manager that no lunch is served till 1030. While this makes sense if it's things on the grill etc to say you can't microwave is insane. Went to Hardee's in Clifton Forge and spoke with the manager who let us know that they'll do it at 5am just no burgers or things because you only have to microwave the ham. So wont go back to Hardee's in Covington though certainly will drive down to CF and give them my money. Also CF doesn't have the extra taxes added on. WTG by the book manager!

I paid over a dollar a piece for tenders the size of chicken nuggets that were obviously not fresh and very chewy. The employees were generally rude and there was no sweet tea. A miserable experience.
