I don't know how to start this. First thing, our Indian friend is on the line first, waiting for someone to take his order. When the lady came (she's in her 40s to 50s, I think), she sounded so mad getting our orders. Then, when we sat down already at our tables. We saw that there were people waiting for their orders, so we expected that our food would be a little delayed. But then we were surprised that it took so long and to think it wasn't busy that time. Not a lot of people coming and so on. As a chef, we understand it so much. The thing is, when our food was ready, the lady shouted to my friend and even pointed her finger at us like she was so mad. She can just say that our food is ready. We are not locals. We are from different races. I don't know if she's being mean to us because she's fine with others. From all the restaurants and fast food chains we dined in before… it's the first time that happened. My concern is if you're having a bad day, we understand. But please, it's working hours; we are paying to have a great meal. Thank you.

We drive all the way from Lewisburg wv to get this KFC It's ALWAYS Fantastic food!! The prices are pretty steep! But it's a once in a while treat to come here. The staff is ALWAYS understaffed!! But they try there best anyway!! It's almost always worth the drive.

At least give people more hours how you expect someone get bills paid if you don’t give hours and then you going fire someone who you only scheduled one day couple weeks ago and then don’t put them on schedule but going fire them when you are the one who is in the wrong won’t be eating at the kfc in Covington Va again unless they get a new manager

A very bad place to eat.i wish that we had eaten at a convenience store we waited 20 minutes for chicken tenders and two pieces of chicken soggy greasy chicken the chicken wing was so small I guess the chicken was kill way to young no more KFC for us the manager was seeing eat chicken while eating in the work area and did not wash his hands

I called KFC this morning and talked to the manager and she apologized and she was also very nice. I will be going back to get more chicken. Not gonna let one bad incident make me stay away!! ?????? I was in the following week and the young man who took my order was very nice and my meal was superb. So I decided to go tonight and I can tell they had been busy. It was around 7ish maybe. But anyway the young lady took my order and they were cooking dark meat so it was gonna be a 15 minute wait. Ok I understand. So I wasn't gonna eat there, I was taking my food home. I got home and I opened the bucket of chicken and all the skin was hanging from the chicken and there was red near the bone. Ok. Well then I went to get a biscuit and they were not cooked all the way. Doughy. I mean I spent $32 and it wasn't good. I will call management tomorrow when they open back up. I traveled to Covington because I wanted kfc chicken....like I had the previous week. ???
