The cashier punched the counter and started cussing when he accidentally overcharged us. They were not busy at all so I don't know what had him so ready to freak out over an easily fixable mistake. Management did not apologize. The entire time we were there, customer after customer came to the counter to complain over waiting for their food when there was no line.

Placed an online order at 6:30pm while in the parking lot, the app said it was ready, go to check it’s not done they said it was being made. We set inside for a hour waiting for it to be ready after every one else was getting there food. They finally got it ready at 7:35pm!!!! Will never go back ever again!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

I don't know how to start this. First thing, our Indian friend is on the line first, waiting for someone to take his order. When the lady came (she's in her 40s to 50s, I think), she sounded so mad getting our orders. Then, when we sat down already at our tables. We saw that there were people waiting for their orders, so we expected that our food would be a little delayed. But then we were surprised that it took so long and to think it wasn't busy that time. Not a lot of people coming and so on. As a chef, we understand it so much. The thing is, when our food was ready, the lady shouted to my friend and even pointed her finger at us like she was so mad. She can just say that our food is ready. We are not locals. We are from different races. I don't know if she's being mean to us because she's fine with others. From all the restaurants and fast food chains we dined in before… it's the first time that happened. My concern is if you're having a bad day, we understand. But please, it's working hours; we are paying to have a great meal. Thank you.

We drive all the way from Lewisburg wv to get this KFC It's ALWAYS Fantastic food!! The prices are pretty steep! But it's a once in a while treat to come here. The staff is ALWAYS understaffed!! But they try there best anyway!! It's almost always worth the drive.
