I'd seen them in the Lowe's parking lot before but thought, nah it can't be that good. Then the other day that oak smell just drew me in...got one pound of brisket and it was the best BBQ I've had since living in Texas!! In fact, it's better than 90% of the BBQ in Texas. Incredible smoke ring and flavor throughout, moist and tender, the perfect pull, and the salt flavor permiated all of the meat and not just the crust. These are all signs of a pro.

Found this truck in the Lowes parking lot in Roanoke today. Had never had this BBQ so we gave it a shot. Had a brisket sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent. Will definitely seek out Chef Jason again. Super nice guy with great food.

The owner was super friendly and helpful! I believe he’s a one man show; he did everything himself. He cooked it up fresh and everything was super delicious!
We got the pulled pork sandwich with the Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The sandwich was fresh and hot and delicious! 🤤

We also shared the pulled chicken tacos.
The tacos were a bit small, I’d recommend getting them with something else so you’re satisfied.
The flavor was Smokey and delicious!
I think he makes his own bbq sauce, it is sooooo good.

We saw the truck parked at Lowe’s, in Lexington and decided to stop for the first time. We were not disappointed! Food was delicious and the baked beans were the best I’ve ever had. 10/10. Will stop again
