Found this truck in the Lowes parking lot in Roanoke today. Had never had this BBQ so we gave it a shot. Had a brisket sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent. Will definitely seek out Chef Jason again. Super nice guy with great food.
The owner was super friendly and helpful! I believe he’s a one man show; he did everything himself. He cooked it up fresh and everything was super delicious!
We got the pulled pork sandwich with the Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The sandwich was fresh and hot and delicious! 🤤
the Mac and cheese was also really good.
We also shared the pulled chicken tacos.
The tacos were a bit small, I’d recommend getting them with something else so you’re satisfied.

Got the BBQ sandwich, chicken tacos, Mac n cheese, and coleslaw! It was delicious, absolutely recommend stopping by and getting some sort of something from them if you haven’t! The guy that owns it is super chill and will have you laughing!
