Since my knee surgery, I've ordered McDonald's breakfast through Doordash 3 times. The order was correct each time and the egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce was delicious!

Ordered fries, no never give you ketchup, then when you ask they had you 2 packets. Chicken nuggets…forgot sauce, even though ask for it twice. Ice cream cone, oops forgot that too.

I've been here several times while traveling. Service is always quick and bathrooms are always clean.
I go here pretty much every morning that I work. Had a few minor issues in the past. Not a big deal. This morning I get my usual and was asked to pull up to window 3 as they were just waiting on my hashbrown. I wait, get my food and head to work. At work I am having the absolute worst day ever and finally get a second to sit down. I decide to eat my hashbrown because I only have a few minutes. Do you know what was not in my bag? The hashbrown. The one that I waited a few extra minutes at window 3 for. Just added to the super crappy day I'm already having. Ig4

Super super bad customer service! I had place an order for a Big Mac I had a code for a meal so it came to $6 and some change I had a frappe also with my order when I got my food I didn’t get my frappe I waited to see if they were making it but everyone was doing something else so I asked for my frappe and untill then I got it I got home and find out that I didn’t get my Big Mac I got a quarter pounder I went all the way to McDonalds again and told them that my order was wrong and I asked if instead of the Big Mac if I can get mcchickens instead they said yes but I realized they wanted to give me 1 mcchicken for $1.99 over the $6 that I haved payed! So ridiculous and by the way the manager is super nice but the workers have a super bad attitude I complained about how ridiculous it was that I had payed $6 and some change and I was getting just 1 mcchicken for $1.99 and this white employee with a men haircut was like isn’t that what you want and I was like yeah but how is it possible that im getting 1 mcchicken for 1.99 when I payed $6 and she was like well 2 is what I can give you 2 mcchicken for $3 and some change I was still losing money like why they just want to do whatever they want and not just give my like 3 mcchickens or for the price of $6 and it was a back to back conversation I was really unsatisfied because they were so rude and just wanted to do whatever they want they dont know about customer service I’m not going to be waisting my money if they don’t care about customers I always have issues with my food if is not the wait is the food they always forget stuff in my order and now I’m so mad because is always something with them !!!!!!!!!!!
