Super super bad customer service! I had place an order for a Big Mac I had a code for a meal so it came to $6 and some change I had a frappe also with my order when I got my food I didn’t get my frappe I waited to see if they were making it but everyone was doing something else so I asked for my frappe and untill then I got it I got home and find out that I didn’t get my Big Mac I got a quarter pounder I went all the way to McDonalds again and told them that my order was wrong and I asked if instead of the Big Mac if I can get mcchickens instead they said yes but I realized they wanted to give me 1 mcchicken for $1.99 over the $6 that I haved payed! So ridiculous and by the way the manager is super nice but the workers have a super bad attitude I complained about how ridiculous it was that I had payed $6 and some change and I was getting just 1 mcchicken for $1.99 and this white employee with a men haircut was like isn’t that what you want and I was like yeah but how is it possible that im getting 1 mcchicken for 1.99 when I payed $6 and she was like well 2 is what I can give you 2 mcchicken for $3 and some change I was still losing money like why they just want to do whatever they want and not just give my like 3 mcchickens or for the price of $6 and it was a back to back conversation I was really unsatisfied because they were so rude and just wanted to do whatever they want they dont know about customer service I’m not going to be waisting my money if they don’t care about customers I always have issues with my food if is not the wait is the food they always forget stuff in my order and now I’m so mad because is always something with them !!!!!!!!!!!

This is my local McDonald’s and I come to it probably every other day they’re very on top of it. If you use the app and have codes, I do it all the time and they never miss a beat a little bit of work to the outside of the trash is cause it’s usually open the trash going everywhere so maybe if they could work on that I’d be great to make the store cleaner on the staff is normally very friendly very communicable very clear drive-through. The only issues I’ve ran into you is sometimes when you get a pie, they don’t have enough pies. If you get more than one you have to wait a little bit sometimes at lunchtime for McChicken’s cause I have to cook the chicken you know completely fine cause I have to cook it. Sometimes you go in and the sandwiches look great and sometimes you go in the sandwiches look like the throw together just depends on what you get, but I’ve never received anything nasty from this restaurant. Everything is always been good. There’s not really a whole lot of times that I went through even when I’ve ordered a lot of food that I’ve had to wait more than five minutes for my food and I appreciate that cause I’m always on the game.

Got a QP with cheese ask for just cheese and pickles on side and of course it came with everything on it plus pickles on side and the milkshake if that’s what you wanna call it I ordered was literally just a thick hardly even cold weird tasting vanilla liquid with warm cheap as* tasting whipping which also had weird flavors my guess is the liquid that soposed to be near freezing temps was barely cold and hard to say for how long which would explain the weird taste and how they couldn’t see it was a liquid and not a soft thick ice cream imitation going into cup when making it I have no clue. The whip topping was probably left out on counter at room temp which would explain the taste of it and these people keep asking for higher wages and we keep paying higher prices for these items and this is the kind of service you get and it’s not just this one place 7 outs 10 times I get fast food I’m disappointed and it seems like this past year has been a record only place that hasn’t disappointed me but once or twice is arbys and that was simply workers not getting order correct because they can’t pay attention idk

My husband and I place our order on the kiosks. It was not busy at all nor was the drive thru. We ordered two of the holiday pies. We waited 15 minutes to be told by the manage that it would be another 15 for her to make the pies. It would easier for her to just give us apple instead. Several staff was just standing around in the back.

Horrible cook named Christian apparently is his name thinks that it's funny when somebody has a food allergy I have a severe allergic reaction to onions and so it was imperative that no onions be on my food when the onions were found on my food he proceeded to yell at the manager good after she told him that I had an onion allergy and that he made it with onions. I will be contacting corporate and this gentleman does not need to have his job there or anywhere where he is cooking with food since he proceeds to think that food allergies are something funny.

The long haired white lady manager picked the pickles and onions off our burger with no gloves instead of remaking it or wearing gloves. Then made a comment of why are they staring at us .. when I mentioned this to the front desk girl she lied and said the manager had gloves on. Just plain nasty.

My family happened upon this location entirely by accident, yet it is probably the best I have seen for atmosphere and service that goes above and beyond.
Kid-friendliness: The staff were very sweet and helpful when my toddler was struggling.

My husband placed a drive thru order of: 4 plain mcchickens, 2 regular mcchickens, 3 plain cheeseburgers, 3 plain McDoubles and 2 sweet teas. He came home and we were missing all 3 plain McDoubles. While I was unbagging what we did receive one of the plain cheeseburgers was a plain hamburger-no cheese, one of the mcchickens that was supposed to be plain wasn’t. When my husband got back with the 3 missing McDoubles he said someone named nikki forgot to bag them along with 3 other people that were behind him. So there were numerous people who were missing food. And my 3 plain McDoubles, one only ended up being plain. Another was no pickle and the last one was the way it comes. How do people not know how to read and bag food ? I’ve been working fast food for years and I’ve never seen such a mess.
